The management of this building is pitiful. The landlord (who I believe is no longer there, but my issue still stands) is incredibly condescending and downright rude. Aside from the fact that it isn't worth the high rent that they ask, they charged absurd amounts for "damages" taken out of my deposit. When I moved out, the landlord actually took me through a walkthrough to give me the chance to clean up some of the "damages", including things like wiping out the inside of a kitchen drawer and dusting the blinds.
