Angela was so wonderful. My appointment did not get scheduled correctly so they were not aware I was expected. She dropped what she was doing, and was easily able to assist me. She answered all my questions and took me around to showed me all the amenities the property has to offer. The property is huge and very elegant.

Angela is so helpful!! During my moving process she made sure to keep in touch with me and keep me up to date all the way til my move in. She also was able to get me in the day I needed and have everything ready and clean. Very professional. The apartment grounds are very clean and nicely taken care of. Quiet neighborhood. Which makes for nice living alone.

I have to say when looking for a place Angela definitely took the cake!! She was so welcoming and cheerful. She took time to actually get to know my needs for what I was looking for. Needless to say she matched me with a great apartment! It's a nice quiet neighborhood. Angela went above and beyond when it came down to everything I searched for. She knows her stuff!! I had a great first experience at this apartment complex. I was initially contacted by Kaylyn shortly after I requested information and she was incredibly nice and patient. Moving forward, my partner and I were in constant contact with Angela and she was an absolute doll to work with. She answered any questions and made sure we were taken care of. I had a horrible experience trying to get into a previous complex, but I was moved into Montair within a week of my first inquiry. Angela has done an amazing job to make this move as smooth and enjoyable as possible; she’s great at what she does!

I am a service vendor here (I make the complex bathrooms and common areas smell good) and every time I come in I leave a little happier just from the attitude and over all pleasant experience I have coming here. I Don’t leave many reviews but felt they deserved one as Kandi and her staff seem to always be happy to see me. It’s easy to tell that everyone enjoys being here and I am fortunate to be apart of that for 20min once a month

I had to make what was basically a last minute move on my own. After contacting a multitude of apartment complexes with no word back, I decided to give this place a call. Kaylyn was the one to answer all of my questions right off the bat and could not have been more communicative and understanding of my situation. My dad used to live in these apartments and they have since been beautifully remodeled! I cannot express how amazing Kaylyn has been with guiding me through my first move on my own and answering any questions no matter how ridiculous they sound. The patience, kindness, and understanding

Applied Jan 4. Paid the deposit. Denied, because I'm a single parent and don't make close to triple $1700.
Fast forward over a month.
Still not refunded the $500 deposit.
No communication. They don't return calls.
They will, however, send you snarky emails through a system, not signed by whatever staff member wrote it - making the once… prospective customer unable to reply. 🤔
Literally has been nothing but a pain, disappointment, and rip off.
Would rather give them a zero at this point.
Will be filing a complaint for BBB and Washington AG. Holding someone’s money over a month

Our view is astounding. Literally everyone in the leasing office are wonderful and friendly. Parking hasn't ever really been a problem, either (unlike the last apartment complex I lived in). Plus, they're pet friendly (bonus, everyone I've met here is friendly and lets you pet their dog)!
We've had a few issues with appliances in the now almost two years we've rented here, but maintenance is typically prompt and professional, everything gets resolved.
I really like the package lockers, too, since it means I don't have to worry about someone walking through the parking lot and just taking whatever

Pricing is never the same month to month. After all the fees they add on its not worth living here. Trash is piling up and it looks dirty and smells. The only reason we are living here is bc nothing was available on post. I would never recommend this place. Our neighbors smoke week almost daily and it always seeps into our apartment. This place is very cheap!!

So far I have loved living at Montair at Somerset Hill! The management has always worked with me and explained why if they couldn’t do what I had requested. The amenities are amazing! I’ve gotten a ton of use out of the gym and tanning bed, as well as the pools! A great and affordable place to live!

Very disappointed in the speed of my requests for maintenance to fix problems with the apartment. For example have been waiting over a week for my sink to be fixed, the pipes are backed up cannot use the sink or dishwasher in the kitchen cause it doesn't drain. I have left numerous emails and a phone call to the office for maintenance to come out… to fix the problem and we get told maintenance will come, but nobody shows. Did I say it's been over a week! I'm about ready to take all my dirty dishes to the office and see how they want me to wash them. It's really ridiculous!!!!!!
