I lived at Stuart Place apartments which is managed by Fern Ridge. The office people are difficult and rude, they would show apartments randomly to new buyers and barely gave notice but when they did they said to make your space presentable because they weren't sure which ones would be viewed. They were bad with letting people know things such as that the washers and dryers are broken until it's too late, and just bad customer service in general. Also the place is just way too expensive for what it is and I've heard even worse things about Fern Ridge.

I wish zero stars were an option. I lived in the Stuart Place apartments, which is ran by the same company, for almost a year and a half. They seemed nice at first, but then it seemed like they were selling the building constantly and we would get notices on our door that a potential buyer may possibly come in to view apartments, and requested to clean up a bit. That was frustrating and terrible. The deafeningly loud fire alarm went off several times when I was living there. I don't know if people were pulling it as a prank or what, but it was always at terrible times of the day or night,

I HIGHLY recommend not living here.
The property manager his highly unprofessional and extremely rude.
It's not good management or business practices to YELL at tenants. Let alone lack BASIC entry level customer service skills of showing empathy and remorse for a tenant experiencing an issue partly on the offices behalf.
Whoever the regional or higher up is really needs to reevaluate who they have chosen to represent them.
I will most certainly be steering every person I know clear of these apartments until the issue at hand is properly dealt with.

While we lived there the apartment changed management twice and the property management company changed three times. A pipe burst in a sprinkler line on a Friday morning and emergency maintenance did not get to it for more than five hours leading to flooding. Understandably they had to shut off the water. BUT they shut it off with no warning, no updates, and no communication. We were without water for three days without them calling or communicating with us. Then they did roof repairs, which sounds great at first. Until you realize they got the cheapest unskilled labor they could find. It took

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is laughably terrible. They didn't give us any warning about any road work so my friends car got towed and forced us to pay 300 dollars to get it back. On top of sub par apartments, no up keep, awful and rude employees fern ridge apartments is a must avoid!
