Dave did a superb job for us and was excellent to work with. He was quick to respond to numerous questions and help us understand our options. He helped us find the best loan and patiently explained the meaning of each number. The whole process was smooth from application to closing. Dave Zierski is an expert and a caring professional. My wife and I worked with Dave Zierski of Premier Mortgage Consultants when we recently purchased our first home, and we really cannot say enough good things about Dave. He made himself available to answer all of our many, many questions and concerns whenever we needed him. If we left a message, he called back almost right away. If we emailed him, he replied right away. To say my husband and I had a good experience with Premier Mortgage is an understatement. They were absolutely wonderful!
We were in a situation with another Mortgage company (*cough cough* PNC) where it was… clear that we were going to miss our closing date due to them having no urgency when it came to their application/closing process. That was when Dave at Premier was requested to us to switch our application over to his company.
As soon as I spoke to Dave, I was beyond impressed with the way things were handled. He was very clear about everything that was going on, was communicative
