When touring Asbury, I immediately got a sense of what to expect from the warm, well designed student classrooms; bright, engaging, and full of active learning opportunities. The faculty is welcoming and kind and most importantly, my son is starting his educational experience in an environment in which he feels happy and safe.
As an educator myself, this means the world to me. The level of readiness that Asbury gave our three daughters for kindergarten far and away exceeded our expectation each and every year. Regardless of class time or teacher team, our children left Asbury reading, writing, counting and socializing well beyond the average kindergarten student.

Services
Our program is founded on the basis of Christian beliefs and values designed to allow each child to grow secure in the love of God and developed on research based best practices in Early Childhood Education. We encourage healthy social and emotional development, providing children with tools to learn self-regulation as well as positive ways to interact with adults and peers.
Thank you for your interest in Asbury Community Christian Preschool and Clubhouse. Our Preschool and Clubhouse are missions of Asbury United Methodist Church. We have been partnering with families in Arnold and the surrounding area for over 35 years, offering quality preschool and childcare programs.
Asbury Community Christian Preschool and Clubhouse (ACCPC) is a non-profit mission of Asbury United Methodist Church. The programs of the Preschool and Clubhouse are overseen by the ACCPC Board. This board is a body consisting of members at large, each serving a three-year term with new members being added each year.
At Asbury, we use a variety of curriculum strategies. Our main curriculum, Creative Curriculum, is used as a foundation for our programs with additional curriculum resources to supplement the needs of our students. Specifically, our 4's program utilizes Little Treasures, an integrated curriculum of Language, Math, Science and Social Studies.
For many of the children, this is their first experience away from Mom and Dad. Our focus is on learning to follow directions from someone other than mom and dad, as well as learning to share and wait our turn. Beginning Math, Language & Literacy, Nature and Science, Art and Music concepts are introduced through play.
