Services
Our mission is to provide a safe and loving Christian environment where children can grow and develop while being introduced to the Hellenic culture and tradition. We strive to nurture each child's whole body & mind through cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development. Our goal is to create lifelong learners who are prepared for the next academic level.
Our school staff is dedicated to providing students with an exceptional preschool education. Emily holds a Bachelors Degree from Boston College and a Master of Arts in Teaching from the Teachers College, Columbia University. She has worked in education for her entire career, spanning the areas of classroom teaching, training, management, and consulting.
Children learn how to count in Greek as well as identifying body parts and other songs to music. Our music and language teacher, Vickie Glod, has taught in elementary schools for the past 25 years in both California public schools and Maryland private school. Research shows learning a second language can boost problem-solving, critical-thinking, and listening skills.
SSCH Preschool's private online instruction program is an online, child-centered approach to preschool learning. Upon entering the program, each child receives a benchmark assessment to evaluate what they know and how to further grow their learning. Curriculums and resources are then designed to fit each student's individual needs.
Currently, SSCH Preschool has three open classrooms, accommodating a total of 37 students. Each of classroom holds a maximum of 8, 13, and 16 students respectively. Our students have access to the latest technology here at SSCH. Each classroom has SMART BOARD technology, and each student is provided with a tablet to assist them.

My two children have attended Ss. Constantine & Helen School and we could not be happier with our experience! Between virtual learning and a safe, organized return to in-person learning, we continue to be so happy there. The director and teachers create personal relationships with the students and their families and my boys are excited to go every day. They follow a developmentally appropriate curriculum that mixes learning, exploring, and play which works so well for my children. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
