Very helpful service during the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s simply just not feasible to go to the dermatologist each time when you have small but urgent skin concern especially during this COVID crisis. I was able to get professional help with my flare up from the safety of my own home. I would recommend to other friends.

Absolute scam! The advice given is nothing more than you can google yourself! Be warned there is no help provided except to see your MD. This is not like other online services I’ve used in past where one can be prescribed a treatment. And then when I emailed asking how to get a refund I’ve gotten no answer. HORRIBLE! Do NOT use!!

What a complete waste of money. I used this service because I couldn't get a Dermatologist appointment locally until 5 months from now. I sent the photos of my foot and a VERY detailed description of what I… had tried so far and the reply came back like they hadn't even read my description. Their recommendation was some generic information off the internet and a suggestion of "Visit a dermatologist". Well that's $45 wasted!

This app is absolutely the real deal. My mother is bed ridden so we thought we’d give this app a try. They diagnosed my mom with a immune system skin problem called bollous pemphigoid. I told her regular dr, she didn’t really believe me but she prescribed some antibiotics that didn’t do much of anything. A month later had no choice but to take her to a dermatologist. Had biopsy done. Results were EXACTLY what these wonderful dermatologists said. She’s on her way to recovery. I will use the app for all my skin needs. Thankyou!

I posted photos of an eczema/rush on my finger. I told them I can't make it better with OTC ointments. They asked for my pharmacy address and charged 40$. 24 hr later I've got a response: " you have an eczema. You should get OTC ointment" .
Total waste of money. I'm not even sure a dermatologist had reviewed my case.
