Scam of a company. They gave me a pamphlet and charged me as a full “office consultation”

Complete billing nightmare! The actual medical service performed was fine, but they overcharged me on a claim (and called me hours after I left the office, to get an additional payment- which was unorthodox to say the least), which took half a year - any many calls between my insurance provider and their billing office - to resolve. To top it off, they were incredibly rude to me throughout the process. I'll take my business somewhere more competent and kind in the future, and advise my friends and family to do the same.

Dr Kane was VERY thorough for my annual mole check. (I'm high risk, since I'm fair- skinned). She checked between my toes, head, etc. I've been to other dermatologists who don't do this. If you're going to pay, one should get a great exam. She is very educated on moles, weird spots.
I appreciate you Dr. Kane!

Beware! If I could zero stars I would. I have been waiting for over a month for an appointment for my daughter and the day before they cancelled plus sent a confirmation at the same time. When I called, it was cancelled because their doctor doesn't work on Thursdays! They offered another time that was not not possible on such short notice. How come you didn't call me sooner? What a horrible experience. It's so disappointing they don't seem to care about new patients.

Absolutely fantastic place. I have had no problems with wait time/follow up from the doctor. Able to squeeze me in even when I show up late! Dr. Dawson is lovely, smart, gentle and has never seemed rushed or annoyed even when I have tons of questions! She does everything and does it well:) lovely office space and great pizza around the corner if you go during lunch time. I drive all the way from Oakland to see Dr. Dawson!

I made an appointment first thing in the morning. I had an important meeting to get to after, so I nicely relayed that I was on a time crunch. Even with this, I was seen 27 minutes after my actual scheduled time. I had blood work done as well which the doctor was kind enough to give me a call and report the findings. After the results came in, I called the staff first thing in the morning and asked them to email me the lab results because I had a visit with my primary care physician the next day. The office staff said she was sending them while we were on the phone. I realized I didn't have them

I normally don't write reviews but I feel compelled to do so after reading the 1 star review for Presidio Dermatology. I had a great experience there. I saw Dr. Camarillo - she was very nice, informative and helpful.
