Terrible record keeping of appointments and then they do not want to see you. Incredible!! Why does the office call you for a reminder and to confirm appointment and if the patient it needs to change it is then marked as a missed appointment? That is totally inaccurate and then they do not want to see the patient anymore. Makes NO sense!
2/4 - Just following up on my comment above from a month ago and I have yet to recieve a response from the office. Goes to show you how they operate. Not good. :(. And they are supposed to be a place of healing and caring.

Staff and Dr. CB are always super pleasant and very professional. I have had ear issues for the entire year and after about 13 ENT visits, procedures, and thousands of dollars still wasn't right. After 2 visits with dr CB the amount of relief that I felt was almost miracle worthy. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed
