Great products, However custumer service support is the worst. 5 out of 5 times i experienced horible to no service at all. No shipping info for orders or exchanges. Company cancelling your orders without your concent and then saying that "Your order was cancled per you request". Not replying on emails or submitted questions through the site. Constant issues with account set up or log in. Unable to track returns or delivery dates.

The best outdoor gear and it's made in the states. Quality is top notch and the customer service is great. The older military gear they made is the best out there and the new lineup is not disappointing either. The rig jackets are my favorites when the weather is really not cooperating, whether the lightweight in the spring or fall, or the full on softshell for wet winter days. Water just rolls of this gear, don't settle for imitations. They don't compare.

Beyond Clothing makes some great outdoors and military clothing along with often offering some innovative ideas in their approach. The only complaint I would have is some of their clothing is a bit too snugly fitting for my taste but then I'm getting older and plumper than my old solider physique used to be. From the outside this looks like a really large space but the actual retail area of this store is actually pretty small as they do most of their business online from their website and the majority of this building is taken up by their actual production space as they make a lot of their

Absolutely phenomenal service and quality from the brand. If you are an outdoors man or woman there is no better place to get information and clothing to brave the elements. They have a unique layering system that can keep you dry when its wet, warm when its cold, and cool when its hot. I'd compare them to patagonia but the quality here is much higher. A lot of their clothing goes out to the special recon branches of the military for only the harshest conditions. Oh yah, and its made right here in South Seattle, props.

As stated by the other Gents, both the product and Ladies that assist you at the factory store go beyond good. I came in from out of town and just happened to remember that Beyond was local to Seattle, so I came by to see what they had in the store front. Great experience as I bought two versions of their A3 insulation off the reduced rack. I came back two days later to get a softshell and the associates were more than accommodating in showing me (providing me suggestions--thanks!) different colors and cuts (versions). They didn't have the particular color/older style of A5 in my size at the store
