Carpenter Creek Winery is proud to be the Premier Boutique Winery in the Skagit Valley. We are 100% family owned, and support small family businesses and local sustainable agriculture whenever possible. Believing that top quality wines come from only the highest quality grapes, Carpenter Creek Winery uses only high-density, cluster-thinned, hand-harvested grapes.
Carpenter Creek Winery produces fine varietal wines, specialty wines, and premium wine blends. We also sell gourmet local food products, wine accessories, and select merchandise and apparel in our tasting room and storefront. The wines we produce come from grapes grown on our estate vineyard here in Mount Vernon, Washington as well as from some of the finest vineyards in Eastern Washington.
The Puget Sound wine region is Washington's only official American Viticultural Area (appellation) on the west side of the Cascade Mountain Range. It was recognized as an AVA in 1995. Only about 1% of the state's wine grapes are grown in this region, which includes the islands and mainland adjoining the waters of Puget Sound, extending east into the Cascade foothills.
Carpenter Creek Winery's Cellar Club is an excellent way for members to continue building personal collections of great and limited production Carpenter Creek Wines. Cellar Club members will receive two bottles of Carpenter Creek wines every quarter, including new releases of Cabernet Franc, Riesling, Meritage, Lemberger, Syrah, Cabernet Franc Port, Semillon Ice Wine, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.
At Carpenter Creek, we feel that wine is an integral part of life, and like everything, is best enjoyed in moderation. Some are opinion, while others are scientific.
