Services
We take the time to get to know you, discuss care needs, your expectations, and determine a schedule that fits your lifestyle. Both our clients and caregivers can quickly reach us with an urgent care need without comment. Winter Garden Senior Home Care Caregivers have a gift for helping others loved ones.
All the services in the world mean little without someone caring immensely about all the many details. We care for people, beloved family members who are very special to someone. That's why we don't check boxes, we passionately care for the safety, dignity and happiness of each person we are afforded the opportunity to serve.
At any time if you don't find an answer to your question, please contact us and it will be our pleasure to provide you with answers. Fortunately those with Long Term Care policies can oftentimes be reimbursed for Private Duty Home Care Services in accordance with their individual policy. In most cases, health insurance and Medicare does not cover the cost.
Like many households combating Alzheimer's, you want your aging loved-one to stay at home for as long as possible. Home care allows your loved-one to stay in the home, in an environment which they are familiar and comfortable with. The only change will be getting to know your caregivers. They may even become the best of friends!
Matchmaking is where the magic happens. Getting to know who we will be caring for and what they enjoy is the first step in how we choose who their caregiver will be. Owner Rebecca will come to the home and do an interview to understand exactly what the needs are as well as expectations and what the schedule will be.

On October 1st, 2020, this agency failed to provide an aide during the first two hours of my 93-year-old mother's daily care. Consequently, she fell, required staples in her head, and stayed in the hospital for three days.

Had occasion to use for my 100 year old mom. My very first time having a caregiver. I was very pleased with the caregiver and the staff that worked with me to arrange this. I will use this service again and will definitely recommend them. Thank you winter garden senior home care for my first carefree outing in a long time. Looking forward to my next one!! Thankyou again.
