I highly recommend this company. They were recommended through USAA and they went above and beyond with the water mitigation work that they did. I have asked USAA to allow them to also do the restoration work.

This was the 3rd company I interviewed and encounterd for water and mold damage to my home. After the first contact "via phone" THEY WERE HIRED!!! They arrived early for their scheduled service "masked up" and ready to GO! Assisted me with removing/relocating the items in my home in preparation for the demolition. Everything was covered, secured and sealed (beyond proper) for the work being performed -- with consistent cleanup and coverings. I am MORE than satisfied with the services rendered from this company and highly recommend without a doubt!

Integrity was there for us when our condo was flooding! They came late in the night on a holiday weekend and addressed the issue quickly and professionally. Kevin, the quality control manager, was kind, informative, and wonderful to work with. It was nice to have someone in our home that cared. Wonderful service all around.

Integrity was there when my septic tank flooded in my home. They responded immediately and quickly cleaned up the spill and removed all of the affected area. I want to send a special thank you to Crystal, Lisa, Ed, Shannon and Randy for the effort, professionalism they displayed. I recently notice some more damages and and called to get someone to come out and give me a supplement estimate, Kevin the Quality Control Manager and Robert responded to my house the same day and did a thorough walk through even looking at the least obvious place where there could have been exposure from the sewage. Integrity was just wonderful with our water damage clean up. Jason, Crystal, Lisa, Ryan & Jennifer were professional, always on time, did a fantastic job..we couldn't have been happier. Wish we could have used them for remodel (insurance sent someone else unfortunately). Definitely recommend this company.

Integrity Restoration is a fantastic group. and has the best crew I have ever worked with and I have worked with many over the years. They are professional, courteous, thorough and always leave things in excellent condition. Having water damage is very stressful, and this crew actually made it go so smoothly. My contractor even commented on what a great job they did. My crew included Jay, Shane, James, Ed, Shannon and Jennifer. I called the company owner to brag on them! I’m a walking commercial for this company!! Never hesitate to use them.

Used them several years years ago and still having to make repairs to work that was not done correctly. We originally had mold in the kitchen because of a leak and they put in a new sink incorrectly and now we have to repair this leak amongst many other problems caused by their shotty work. When I tried to talk to the owner, Jonathan Smith, he hung up on me out of anger!

We recently discovered a kitchen sink leak and called Integrity for help. Shannon showed up to take a look immediately and the next day Mike and Brian came over to remove the damaged wood cabinet and flooring. From front door to leaving our house they all were completely professional, courteous and competent. Every step of our removal and mitigation was explained to us as it occurred and all work was completed on time. So far so good and we couldn't be more happy with the progress and service. I recommend Integrity highly.

We called Integrity Restoration because we had a feeling the first guys that gave us a quote were not quite being honest and were jacking up the price. Jason came out to give us a second quote, and was exceedingly honest--noting that NO work had to be done as there was no mold that really needed to be remediated. We were blown away by him and his level of professionalism. Definitely puts the "integrity" in Integrity Restoration. If we need work, they are now our go-to team. Thank you, Jason.

I had a very large job at my home to be repaired and the plumber that was working on it highly recommended Integrity Restoration, I checked their reviews and I knew they were the ones I wanted to use. I am very pleased with the company, there were so many departments that this job entailed and everyone was very professional and helpful. They were wonderful to let me know all the steps they had to take and when the next step would be because this was an extensive job. I highly recommend Integrity Restoration.

Integrity displayed a lack of integrity with regard to my contract. I was never provided a revised SOW after the negotiation of the project. I notified the business of the dispute, and the owner did not respond to my written letter or phone call. Four months later, the owner sent my account to a collection agency, even though their contract outlines a policy for dispute resolution. As a customer, I wish it had been clear what work was being done and for what cost - I should not have to deal with a misunderstanding that is the fault of the contractor. Even worse, Integrity is not even taking
