My family had an excellent experience working with XSI Disaster Services. We called them after discovering a toilet leak that heavily damaged a bathroom and the basement floor underneath it. The team was always prompt, and gracious about working around our challenging schedule. They were knowledgeable and helped me navigate the insurance process so I received a fair assessment of damage and reconstruction. (This was not easy task!) XSI is a great company. They were a very experienced team that was SUPER polite and ON TIME. Their work was amazing. They came in found the problem area's, let us know how long it was going to take, and got the job done. My mother feels a lot safer in her home knowing that all of the mold is now gone. First of all, I read the previous ratings which prompted me to try out XSI carpet services. I called late in the afternoon and left a message with the receptionist. I was taken aback when I actually received a call-back the same evening! The person on the other end of the phone was really nice and let me know what that I would be getting a phone call back the next morning from Randy.
