The area including Panama City Beach is known as the Emerald Coast, as well as the Redneck Riviera, due to a large number of regional tourists. While many people call Panama City Beach, Panama City, it should be noted that they are separate cities, separated by a St. Andrew's Bay, with the beaches and a large proportion of tourist activities being in Panama City Beach, and more business-oriented activities being in Panama City.
Gulf World Marine Park and Shipwreck Island are long time family favorites in Panama City Beach. The new Ripley's Believe It or Not also provides family entertainment along with a variety of popular sightseeing cruises. Swim with dolphins and see fascinating shows featuring sea lions, dolphins, tropical birds and reptiles.

First time at PCB for Fall Break.
Easy reservation via Vrbo. Property Mtg Co [Paradise Properties] checked in on us several times & made sure an internet problem was fixed.
Nice place, good pool(s), easy to find, covered parking, short walk to beach & centrally located on PCB Front Beach Rd.
Despite other reviews - no out of the ordinary elevator wait times for our crew.
Had pleasant conversations with 2 owners. Liked the pool bracelet 'cops' making sure everyone on the pool deck had their's. Maintenance guys were friendly as well.
Two restrooms on the pool deck were closed, that made for

We stayed in unit 703.The parking was easy and they provided several luggage carts. There are 4 elevators but it still took a while to get where you wanted to go. The resort is perfectly located so you can easily walk to gift shops, convenient stores, and restaurants. The condo was spacious except for the very small room with twin beds as you walk in. It is a very tight space but it worked well with my 3 young kids. The view was really great. It was nice having 2 pools with one being heated and a splash pad and 2 spas. Beach access was nice and provides an area to place your shoes but we didn't

We stayed in one of the units there for our girl's trip. #hotmomsummer2021 It was perfect for the four of us! Loved everything about, and will probably keep this booked for every girls trip. Our unit was clean with great views and easy access to the beach, parking, and restaurants.
Hang Five right next door did beach deliveries for drinks and food. We hardly left. LOVED IT!
Didn't actually take any pictures of the unit, but these are from the beach.

Very nice resort. First heated pool that actually felt heated in 40 years of coming to the beach. Great parking - not across the road. Had a long wait for elevator on out first time up to the room. It was on a SAT. Around 3 so probably due to check in/out. Nice mushroom splash and play for the little ones

Sunrise #605
Place was dirty and run down.
Dirty sheets in the closet.
Mold in the tub and around the shower.
Air filter looked like it hadn't been changed since the place was built.
Holes, and large scratches in the walls.
Crumbs in the bed from previous renters.
Leftover food on the patio.
Patio was also moldy.
To top it off.....BUGS! We were eaten alive with bedbug bites.
Definitely not worth the $2I we spent to stay there for 5 days.

This place, at least my unit, deserves a 5 star. Very nice location. Can walk to stuff if need to. Parking is manageable. Very nice wash/rinse area from the beach access. Wooden deck pathway is wonderful. U can inflate your inflatables on the 5th floor with the maintenance personnel, but haven't tried it yet. Would definitely return.
