Made my appointment a month in advance to be told they no longer take my insurance, literally the day of my appointment. This is a big inconvenience and waste of time since I took the day off work especially because I called last week to verify and the person told me they do take my insurance. The receptionist didn’t seem concerned to even try to help me out or even refer me somewhere else. I even tried to speak with the office manager Maricela I believe her name was and she was nowhere to be found doesn’t even answer the phone. Now I’m stuck with this medical issue on my skin in pain and

So I made an appointment to see Dr.Wiltz 6 or 7 weeks ago. That appointment booking process involved me being on hold for at least half an hour. I thought no biggie. But after calling to confirm my appointment for tomorrow and being placed on hold and hung up on TWICE...yeah. it's a biggie. So much so I'm not going to the appointment. If a doctors receptionist staff is half a reflection of the actual doctor I have no interest in further upsetting myself or wasting my time. I figured he must be a good doctor since I had to wait so long for an appointment, but it appears it's just a time management

This is by far the worst managed office I've ever been to in my life. If I could I'd give a zero rather than one star!! The first time I waited 2 hours to get in although my appointment was early in the morning by the time I arrived the waiting room was totally filled. I went to the window twice and the second was told I had three people ahead of me and was already waiting for an hour and 45 minutes. I counted 6 people going in so I went to the window again and asked about the three before me?? I was finally led in 15 minutes (2 hours). Turns out the guy (Carlos Wiltz) who treated me isn't even

Today /6/4/21 I called the doctor for a referral and spoke to a female that sounds young. She was very rude and extremely unprofessional when I told her she should stop calling me love she said I call you whatever I want love! And hung up. I called back to ask her for name and she said Jessica. This is a sad way of how an office can go out of business.

Me and my mother are Dr. Wiltz for years now but today’s experience was by far the least pleasant. After filling out paper work I went to the window for Dr. Yanette patients since my appointment was with her. Rang the bell and stood there waiting for the front desk receptionist to open the window. While patiently waiting for over 4 minutes I gently tapped on the window. The receptionist repeatedly said “give me a minute” a minute turned into 3 then when she decided to open the small window she pulled it open not even half way. Couldn’t even see her face. Standing there in silent dumbfounded

Been going to Dr. Wiltz dermatology for over a year. The front desk has always been friendly toward me, attentive and willing to accommodate. Dr. Wiltz, Carlos Wiltz, and Damian have all seen and worked with me. They are professional, caring, and very knowledgeable/informative. Especially Carlos Wiltz. I would highly recommend to anyone.

After waiting for over an hour. I never get seen by the doctor, only his son or other nurses, I go in and ask questions about treatments, and the PA always says don’t worry about it, and that it’s all good. as to get me out of there ASAP. The staff at the front desk don’t care and always have attitude. Sometimes if you knock on the window or ring the bell they ignore you and leave you standing like an idiot for a couple of minutes.

I have gone to Dr Wiltz for years now and have always been very satisfied with the care and attention that I have received. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. Yes, the wait time can be long but that's every doctor (the good ones anyway) I am always welcomed by the friendly staff and they were very helpful. Whenever I need to get an appointment fast they squeeze me in. Recently, the wait was a little over 1 hour, but three days later I am feeling much better. The medicine was sent to my pharmacy electronically and it was ready to pick up immediately. They always find the best options for my

To begin with, I was led to believe his son Carlos was a doctor when he is a PA and he is the one that saw me on my first visit. I had made an appointment with Hector Wiltz and got seen by a PA but realized this when I went on second visit. After 21/2 hours because I had demanded to see the DOCTOR he waltzes in, the most uncaring, unprofessional person I’ve met. His son had prescribed me a 90 day dose of a medication which he told me I should only have taken for 45 days. Luckily I’ve only taken 60. His staff was pleasant, especially the nurse that came in with him, who apparently, maybe from
