Nurses told PCP that they had documented information that was needed but was not in the chart days after reviewing.. A student nurse was sent to see patient and didn’t seem to have enough knowledge. They don’t follow up and discharged patient without letting us know why. They told us they recommended a particular type of service and we refused when in fact we the family had to ask for the service. When different nurses visit, they don’t communicate with each other regarding the last visit. Read the chart! We shouldn’t have to tell you what happened last time. One star for friendliness though

I want to thank everyone who works for this company, especially Irina, Tatiana and Larisa. These people are very polite and hardworking people and I have been working with them for more than ten years and I have no problems with them, and I absolutely recommend everyone to be in their company, no one will regret it. Recently I have moved from NJ to NC with my parents one is 90 years old and another one is 95 years old and both of them have had home attendants in NJ, but I did not have any idea how to obtain the same care for them at home in Charlotte NC
Thanks to providence I have found Personal Home Care through Google when I made my 1st call I was introduced to manager Larissa and she explain me step by step how to receive home care in Charlotte
From the 1st day she provided my mother with home attendants:
one of them - Katya and another one - Gulya both of them are very skillful and knowledgeable caregiver

First time ever needing in-home care due to a surgery. I am currently a patient under the care of Personal Home Care! My nurse is Vanessa Aldridge..She's basically "Heaven Sent" She's very dedicated and passionate about the well-being of her patients. She's knowledgeable, caring, have great compassion, and make sure I'm always comfortable from the time she arrives at my home until she leaves. I had just moved to the state of North Carolina and not even a month after I got diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. I got set up with this service and that’s when I met my Nurse Kristi. She was a pivotal role in saving my life. She was very personable and super compassionate and very attentive to my condition. When we go through health issues in life it can get scary.
