7 Tigers Taekwondo and Hapkido School has been Charlottesville's leader in martial arts training since 1990. Headed by Grand Master Thomas Henzey (9th Dan) under Grand Master Sung Soo Lee (9th Dan), we offer a number of programs for physical fitness and health management, with certified instruction in Taekwondo and Hapkido.
Our style is a Korean Martial Art comprised of Jidokwan Taekwondo and Moohakkwan Hapkido. Both of these martial arts make up the foundation of the American Jidokwan system, which was founded by Grand Master Thomas Henzey with the direction of Grand Master Sung Soo Lee. Men, women and children of all ages can take advantage of our programs.

Services
Adults and children of all ages can take advantage of the programs at 7 Tigers. Each student is given personalized instruction and attention from black belt instructors, with emphasis placed on each individual's abilities. Training and exercises at 7 Tigers Taekwondo and Hapkido develop physical and mental coordination, self confidence and relaxation.
7 Tigers Taekwondo and Hapkido offers instruction in Jidokwan Taekwondo, Moohakkwan Hapkido and other forms of self-defense. 7 Tigers Taekwondo and Hapkido School was formed in 1990 by Grand Master Thomas F. Henzey. Grand Master Henzey began his training in 1965 while serving in the United States Armed Forces at Ft. Benning, he later continued at Ft. Holabird.
