My wedding has been rescheduled around 3 times due to Covid. Every time we luckily were able to work together on the new date. Every time I offered her a new deposit and she would say it's not needed, I appreciated that.
The reason I'm giving her 2 stars is because when I asked to reschedule once more she let me know that she was busy on this new date and asked if it was set in stone. Once I confirmed it was a set date and also asked about cancellation process she stopped replying. I generally don't expect emails to be responded ASAP but I saw on her Instagram that she said "

Amy did the hair and makeup for me and my maid of honor for my wedding in September 2019. Overall, Amy was great to work with, she's friendly, easy to talk to, and her prices were very reasonable. The makeup that she did lasted all day and looked great in all of our photos. The reason for minus one star was with the hair. I had Amy do a low curled bun and it lasted throughout most of the day, but not the entire day. I came across Amy's website and instagram when I was looking for a wedding hair/makeup artist for myself and my bridesmaids. When I reached out she responded so quickly and put together a very affordable quote! The logistics of working with her were super easy, but her talent far outshone that! Amy did hair and makeup for my wedding and AMAZING doesn't even cover it! She arrived a few mins early, and worked quickly but did beautiful work! I had a large bridal party so I was nervous about timing, but she stuck right on schedule and everyone looked amazing!

Amy is AMAZING! She did a makeup trial with me before the wedding. Amy was very helpful and accommodating. The day of the wedding she did all of my bridesmaids makeup and they all loved it! After she did my makeup on my wedding day she stayed for touch ups and helped out with random things that needed to be done for the wedding. Amy even helped fix my hair when the hair girl left early. Amy was wonderful! She did my makeup for my husband's work Christmas party and she made me look flawless! She pays great attention to detail and really knows her stuff when it comes to makeup application. She even gave me tips on how to do parts of the look myself! Had my make-up done by Amy, and I was really impressed. She did a great job working on asian monolid eyes. She's knowledgable and uses lovely soft brushes! The lashes were on nice and tight, and there was no smearing. Definitely would use her services again!!
