Dr. Koroush Bassiri completed his under graduate studies at California State University, Fullerton and attained his bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences. He continued post graduate studies at the prestigious University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. He enjoys providing general and cosmetic dentistry for patients of all ages.
Selene has been a member of our front office team for over 5 yrs. Selene loves to interact with our patients. She has back office experience and does her best to help patients feel comfortable and at ease. She looks at each day as an opportunity to learn something new and exciting. Patients are encouraged to ask Selene any questons regarding their treatment or insurance coverage and she will do her best to solve any problems.
Bonding is a popular method to enhance the aesthetics of your smile. Bonding can be used to correct cracks or gaps in teeth, as a filling after a cavity has been removed, or to cover up stains or discolored teeth. A composite resin is used on the affected tooth or teeth. It is molded and sculpted over an adhesive gel that is placed on the tooth.
What is a dental implant? A dental implant is a permanent new root for a missing tooth. It is a titanium screw that is placed into the jaw bone. An abutment and crown is then placed on the implant to provide a new tooth that is permanent and looks just like a natural tooth. How are dental implants different than dentures?
Dental bridges are a great way to replace missing teeth. Your existing teeth are used to literally create a bridge to cross the area where your tooth is missing. Bridges are made from gold, metal, alloys, or porcelain to ensure that they are strong and durable. The process of creating a bridge begins by creating abutments out of your existing teeth where the bridge will be attached.

This people are hardcore, upsell scam artists. I have an insurance policy, under which this Quack accepts patients. My policy provides a free cleaning. Upon my initial exam, they tried to sell me a $800 "Deep Cleaning." I stated that I did not want that, but just my free cleaning under the policy.
The Quack Dentist refused to honor the policy and provide my free cleaning unless I paid her $800 for the "Deep Cleaning."
TRUST ME. Avoid this Quack. Mark my words, if you go you will be subject to a hardcore Upsell, and refusal of Benefits unless you give in to their demands

Very professional!!! Extremely personable in your experience. The girls at the front desk are very knowledgeable and put you at ease answering any questions you may have. The supporting staff are very well experienced and take great care in providing amazing customer service. Dr. Lam & Dr Bassiri are amazing and take pride in the work they did to my teeth. I had a textbook botched dental work in Mexico. A root canal gone so wrong i was advised by two dentist that my tooth needs to be removed. The staff not only saved my tooth but also repaired many neglected fillings and cavities i didn’t know

I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed asap and my normal dental office wasn't answering their phone so I came to bright. They saw me right away, understood my financial situation and Dr. Bassiri walked me through the procedure as it was being done. Very good communication about what he was doing the whole time and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend coming here!

I’m so grateful to Bright Dental, Dr B and his Team. I had an emergency and although Bright Dental was very busy getting caught-up from over a year of pandemic related patient backlog, in very short order time was made available for Dr B to take care of my emergency and comfortably extract two teeth.

Had an appointment for 9:40 and waited an hour until I asked the receptionist when I would be seen she said she would check. Then the other lady came and asked to rebook me to a slower day. I wasted an hour of sick time to come in and sit in the waiting room. Their excuse was "we have a family of 3 children that just came in", which is not an excuse because those should be better planned. They even sent away the kid before me who had been waiting longer than me too.
Waste of time.

Liars!!!Scam!! Low down dirty con artists ---seriously beware of the two faced staff Teresa, Celine, and Dr. Koroush Basirri, Dr. Danielle Lam, all caught in lies, crooks. Ripped off for $4,000 work done during covid-19, no refund or justice, can't believe this is possible so unhappy and wrecked with these teeth they messed up. On top of it all they overcharged me didn't run my insurance. I have great insurance said Bright Dental Care was not supposed to charge me for a cleaning $320. My Insurance had to explain to this useless staff that clearly doesn't do there job that it should

I have been coming here for years and I now realized that I hate coming here. They ask who is going to pay for my work when its none of their concern as long as it gets paid. Also, the dentist that checked me ( a woman ) reassured that this is common and I am not looking any worse etc and then the staff in the front makes side comments like " oh wow a lot has changed ", and they commented on how much work I need done which is very unnecessary and it is embarrassing for me. I have been going to Bright Dental Care for over 15 years and am very pleased with their services. They are professional, friendly, and the dental care they practice is top notch! Dr. Bassiri truly knows what he is doing and takes a conservative approach when dealing with my particular dental situation, opting to preserve my teeth rather than cap perfectly good but sensitive teeth. He is very knowledgeable and down-to-earth. Dr.. Kim is also an excellent dentist.. They are always available for emergencies as well. I was a new patient. I called seeking xrays and a cleaning. I made the first available appointment. I sat through about 40 minutes of xrays, then waited 20 minutes before I asked when my cleaning would occur.
It was at this time that I was told "we don't don't do cleanings until the doctor has met with you, to evaluate 'which' type of cleaning is recommended." I stated that I had requested and booked an appointment with a cleaning, and was told that "they told

I have had a lot of issues with my teeth growing up and so I have seen my fair share of dentists. This is the only place that I have been to where they take the time to explain what is going on and why they need to do it. Also, all of the staff is very professional and pleasant to work with. I never feel bad asking any questions.

I never feel good about leaving negative reviews. My experience wasn't the best and I just want to warn- not deter people from coming here. Look at what they are charging you and ask questions!
It's no secret that HMO coverage doesn't really pay out the dentists much, so it was no surprise to me when I saw that they added a lot of extra services to my treatment plan for my shallow cavities and a cleaning. I confirmed this with my uncle who is a dentist. First off there was a $70 add on charge for fluoride... I don't know if it was a rinse or some kind of topical treatment

I cannot rave enough about how patient and courteous they are to their patients' time and needs. I had an appt. at 11:30 but came in an hour earlier because I had to be at work in LA by noon! A problem that was mine and not theirs mind you. They were able to see me right away and was already getting worked on the in less than 10 minutes. I was very vocal to the dental assistant Luis about being pressed for time and needing to leave by a certain time; at one point I was even getting impatient and a bit aggravated because my manager

Was referred to this location by my younger sister because of the great treatment she received during a dental emergency.
So I came and sure enough everything my sister said was correct, these people are beyond amazing. Very friendly and caring and gentle. The dentist, Dr. Bassiri amazing to say the least. He is very informative, explains everything prior to the procedures, has gentle hands and makes sure you are comfortable the entire time. Claudia his assistant she is super easy going and also explains everything, answers all my questions and makes you fee comfortable. I told my boss about this

Dr Bassiri is a stand up straight shooting honest and talented dentist. I have been going to his office for a number of years and have had a number of different procedures and general teeth maintenance cleanings.

Dr. Bassiri, Carmen, and Theresa I cannot give more praise to this office. FOUR WISDOM teeth and under 1 hour. Of course, every mouth is different but I was extremely nervous and everyone at the office put me at ease. Bassiri is amazing at what he does and I would recommend every 18-25 year old get their wisdom teeth removed here. Heads up: his office doesn't believe in narcotics so if you know youll need stronger meds after surgery then probably isn't the place for you. However, it's day 2 of recovery for me and my 800mg ibuprofen is working just fine.

First visit with Dr. Bassiri was a pleassant affair. He examined me after x-rays and pictures, spoke to me about what he was seeing while identifying the areas in the pictures. Very informative, simple communication style which is easily understood and a pleasure to deal with.
The office manager called the following morning and after reviewing my insurance and deductable, set up a schedule to get the work done with the lowest out of pocket expense.

After a spurt of shady dental experiences, I am happy to say, I found a rock solid team in Bright dental. Dr. Bassiri and his team are friendly, fast, uber experienced and down to earth.
