Services
Look close enough at Xarello, a Mediterranean restaurant that opened late last year in Williston Park, and you will see a place where nearly every detail is perfect. The dining room is sleek and romantic, with radiant cherry-red banquettes that hark back to the Russian Tea Room. Glasses, tableware and cutlery are all four-star quality.

This exceptional restaurant never disappoints, it could be a bit difficult to get a reservation here, especially on a weekend, but well worth the try.
The Calamari appetizer is one of the best, we've ever had as is the Veal Chop entree .
I can Highly Recommend.this fine Italian Restaurant, with very friendly , and extremely experienced wait staff, as well as the lovely Young Lady Owner.

Tried to order a family meal on the phone but no one answers. I left a message to please return my call but nobody did. Their website and a newspaper advertisement indicate Family meal deals are available from 3 PM to 8 pm Wednesday and Thursday but when nobody answers the phone, nor calls you back after leaving a message, how can you order? Sounds like false advertising to me! I won't be recommending this place to anyone I know.

Last night was my second dining experience here. Both times I was completely satisfied. From the minute I walked in the door we were greeted by friendly staff and then again from our waiter as we were seated. The food as well as the their drinks were delicious and service was excellent! As well as nice and fresh and ample portions. It was in total a great dining experience, from start to finish!

Came here for a nice dinner to try a new place. Walking in the ambiance is quaint and serene. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. They came by the table often but not too often. I got the pork chops as per the waiters suggestion and it did not disappoint. One of the best meals and experiences I've had at s restaurant.

Ambiance great!!! Drinks were great! Service good and tables all safely distanced. Food good. Started with the stuffed artichoke. Def needed more bread crumbs but was ok. Clams were good too. Had a pasta dish .. fresh pasta and sauce very good. Chicken scarp.. chicken soft and sausage was delish. Only thing we didn't love... bread selection meh! Overall a very nice dining experience. We will be back.

Not only was the food inedible, the owner is a nasty person. I called to tell her that my credit card was overcharged, food was missing from my order and what we did receive was undercooked and not worthy of leaving the restaurant in a take out order. I realize we are in a pandemic, my husband works in the restaurant industry and has been unemployed for 8 months. But goodness a small standard of service and courtesy is still required. Slip it. This place doesn't deserve your hard earned money.

After a 5+ year hiatus we returned to Rialto for dinner on a rainy evening. Intimate spot on a Westbury side street with a small parking lot adjacent to the building. Service was efficient but not overly friendly, in fact our dour server didn't crack a smile once throughout the evening. The owner greeted some cronies warmly but we were ignored, guess we didn't make the cut. Ooohkaay.
Started with martinis, potent and good. Discounted on Thursdays @ $8 apiece, liked the Passion Fruit version a lot. Shared the burrata app, a small piece of cheese resting on unripe tomato slice, dressed

Interesting and exceptional food! Definitely not your "same old" italian restaurant, Rialto is above and beyond.
I had been wanting to go here for a while but whenever I went to make a Saturday night reservation they were always booked(for good reason I now know). Finally, I made an opentable res for a weeknight instead.
We went on an evening with price fix menu and live music which was perfect for date night! Mussel appetizer was absolutely delicious! I ordered the crusted stuffed chicken... it was amazing, and had a really unique presentation. The mashed sweet potatoes were a nice

One of my most favorite restaurants on Long Island the food is special here. Tara is always friendly and the service is top notch. The pork osso buco has ruined me for life I cannot order it anywhere else it's that good.
The gnocchi with the pesto cream sauce as an appetizer is mind blowing if you don't order it you are missing out. Can get crowded and is not cheap but if you want high quality food served by professionals this is the place.

Great food as always. I will admit that I'm very hard to please and I had the stuffed veal chop , hubby had the pork osso bucco ( I tasted his) both were absolutely delicious!! Wait staff is always attentive and available. Dessert was excellent as well. We had lemoncello cake and the house made nut cake. If A great way to end a spectacular meal. If it matters, make sure to ask the price of the specials, as they can be a bit pricey, but DELICIOUS !

I hope this was a one off, but I doubt it. Is it that the reviewers don't know good Italian or is it that a New Years Eve fixed menu is not the normal cuisine? Let me tell you - this was a bonafide buffet without having to walk up and get your own food.
Boxed macaroni, with the bare minimum adds of broccoli rabe and sausage. The bruschetta tasted like canned sauce. I don't know what's worse - it being canned sauce or the house specialty tasting as such.
Don't order the seafood dish (as Jared did), because your corner of the restaurant will smell like low tide.

Subpar place at best. It's not big so odds are there will be a wait for a table during peak times. The service is slow. Food took a long time to come out but it was very good. Portion size I believe could be a little more but it's decent. Dessert cart is a very nice touch and nice selections. I may be back but I'm not banging down the door to be let back in

Definitely a 5 star dining experience. Friends invited us to this delicious joint in celebration of our new arrival and will definitely be back!
We started with the grilled calamari which I often find to be chewy. Here it was done perfectly and served over arugula with some avocado
For entrees I ordered the stuffed veal chop and was not disappointed. It was huge and served with a delicious Marsala sauce.
Then we can't forget the amazing dessert cart. The chocolate mousse was our favorite!

I am so happy that my wife and I finally came to Rialto. I have been passing by this restaurant for so many years now. Parking was easy, plenty of street and they have a parking lot too. We entered through the back and walked into the dining room. What a delightful setting. Not too big, and they have a fair amount of seating here. We went into the bar area which was a delightful setting and definitely a very comfortable place to sit and have a cocktail. There were also a few table in this area.
We went on a Sunday evening and though they were not too busy, the 8 table that were filled

This place is absolutely amazing! A little piece of heaven fell into Carle Place. I love the romantic cavernous tuscan feel of the bar and restaurant. You automatically want to have a glass of red wine when you step foot into Rialto. My meal started with the most amazing mussels. The Mussels di Mario -
Mussels sauteed with Chorizo sausage pepperoncini peppers in a pomodoro sauce. I was in heaven and dipped my bread in the sauce not to waste a single drop! I also enjoyed the Roasted Red Beet Salad - Arugula, radicchio, poached pears, mandarin oranges, roasted beets, toasted candy walnuts and gorgonzola

The Quick: Fantastic Italian restaurant that will please even your pickiest eaters. Great options, ambience, and service.
The Details: you know the food is going to be great when the chef is the owner he takes such pride in providing an excellent experience to every customer that walks through his door. The Porkchop was out of this world, and all four of us loved the range of appetizers and entrées we tried. You can't go wrong!
The Damage: Slightly above average, but absolutely worth the cost for the quality ingredients and amazing evening you'll have.
