This apartment community used to be good when we first moved in. The management team has been unprofessional and impolite recently, especially after this incident.
My wife sent in the check early this month, and the check was checked out earlier than we expected. My bank account was set to block outgoing transactions until the last two days of the month so that I have the chance to review the transactions while the transaction is still pending. For some reason, the management team cashed out the check earlier this time, and it was rejected right away by my bank. Ultimately, an NFT fee of $50 was

Ongoing Roof Leaking Issues Since We Moved In 2019
On Oct 4, 2021, we submitted the following service request online: “Water is leaking through the ceiling onto the floor below in our bedroom”. We had to use a basin to catch the water. This problem has been ongoing since we moved in two and a half years ago. Shortly after moving in, we reported the same issue when it happened in the same bedroom, at almost at the same spot, only a couple feet away. In both cases, the maintenance guys were super nice and responded the next day.
This time, the maintenance guy brought a powerful fan and a dehumidifier

I scheduled an appointment to tour the facilities and when I arrived I was rudely turned away because the left hand didn't talk to the right in regards to my appointment. When I did receive information on a 1 BR apt; I found out that the advertised rental price was for affordable housing and not applicable to me. This is very misleading and not advertised in any rental sites. The regular rental price was more than what currently I pay for a 2 BR furnished apt in a condo association. Makes me wonder what else Hanover and Andover is hiding in their contracts?

I was happy living here before. Recently we felt that the management have been unprofessional and impolite. Since the apartment is changing management and payment, the online payment system was not ready, so we have to pay our rent by check. They only notify us with an email, we went to office and paid immediately, and they cashed the check and the money was withdrawn from our bank account. But then one week later we received a written notice saying we did not pay the rent. We went to the office immediately and it turns out they made mistake and deposit our check to another resident. I was orginally hesitant moving to an apartment complex based on pro's and con's you read online at other apartment complex's. Brigitte, Christina and Shawn (leasing manager/agent, Maintenance, and true friends) have patience and a true nature of helping you at Hanover at Andover. That aside, the apartments are like no other - the apartments are beautiful and feel like home. The grounds are beautiful and you feel as if you were on a resort vacationing. The people that live here are friendly and it feels like a community. I have no regrets making the move to Hanover at Andover because the management

Amy Gothing is one of the best leasing agents I have ever worked with. She is talents, responsive, and knowledgeable. The apartments are amazing with many well thought/planned details that are overlooked at many properties.
