A young client once asked me, "Rob, if you could boil it down to just one piece of advice, what would it be?" My answer was immediate. Keep training! If your heart's been broken, keep training! If you've lost your job, keep training! Whether you're 18 or 80, keep training! TRANSLATION: There will never be a "perfect" time to get started-only when you're six feet under will you truly be free of life's hassles.
So if you've been working out, keep it up. If you're not, let's get it on. Right now. TODAY. The road to a better YOU begins with a first step. Why not make that step a phone call or email to me here at my home at Lakview Boystown Wrigleyville personal training? While I love being a personal trainer, I wouldn't get very far without the proper tools.

It is a state of mind that was born during my high school days in the basement of my parents' home, where I first began "pumping iron" with a pair of rusty dumbbells fashioned by my dad out of old industrial gears. Thirty years later, in my home in lakeview and boystown, in the center of wrigleyville, I continue to embrace a philosophy of training that has nothing to do with geography and everything to do with attitude.
A common complaint I hear from new clients who have worked with trainers in the past, is that their former trainer was less interested in training them out than he was in training himself-his mouth, that is, while he yakked about his love life or whatever-or even worse, looking at his cell phone every 90 seconds.
Some thoughts on personal training straight from Lakeview Boystown and Wrigleyville Personal Training!. Like pumping iron, personal training has made a difference in my life. Over the many years I've been at this I have crossed paths with scores of cool people I would never have met, some of whom I've gone on to forge lasting friendships with.
I am 57 years old and have been into bodybuilding and training since I was 40. While I was pleased with what I'd been able to accomplish on my own, on my 56th birthday I decided to give myself a present and see if under the guidance of a professional trainer I could take it to another level.
