Plus 4 credit union is a definite Go-To when it comes to personal banking. I have been a member for more than 18years and I have had nothing but positive experiences. Angie Hinojosa is my banker at the Almeda Genoa location and her customer service and customer accommodation is top tier. The institution overall with emphasis towards Angie Hinojosa establishes and upholds a very welcoming and family oriented hora at all times regardless of your product needs. I've been with plus 4 for 8 years and I can never seem to get anyone on the line to help me. I've had several problems with my account since being with them. Unlike most banks when fraud activity is on your account plus 4 does not contact you they let all transactions go through then charge you for another card once you cancel. I am disappointed in this bank and will be leaving soon.

I have had plus 4 credit union for over 5 years and have issues every time I need to do anything involving a person. The website and app are fine, but dated and don't allow you to deposit checks. The only reason to stay with plus 4 is the high yeild checking that is amazingly competitive. Outside of that function I've found that plus 4 won't respond to emails for up to a full week and doesn't even have a system to acknowledge they received you messages.

Yes not a fan I've been with plus4credit union since 2013... I've had continuous issues with the people who work here. I'm not sure if it's the training on how they need to have good customer service or maybe it's not a priority with them, either way not a good bank and I if you like to be treated unfairly then you should go with them.

I wish I could give it more than 2 stars because of one person who works here. But alas, I cannot. My mother was a member of Plus 4, so when she passed away, my sister and I were forced to work with them. Working with them was one of the most difficult experiences I've had when dealing with a company. Everyone was nice enough, but there was so much misinformation. SO MUCH. I dread that I am not done working with them, even though it has been 3.5 years since my mom's passing. Fingers crossed!
