I just had the closing for my apartment purchase a few days ago with GuardHill Financial as my mortgage providers. Their service was truly excellent! My review is for D'Laine Mindreau. As a 1st time homebuyer, I must've called over a dozen lenders - most courteous, some aggressive, some even hostile (!). D'Laine specifically managed to stand out FAR above the competition.
I simply cannot overstate how pleasant she was to work with, how organized and professional, and how genuinely caring and warm. That mix is a bit unheard of in NYC, and much desired in a process as anxiety-provoking as buying a home.
