At Party Rental Professional, we believe getting rental quote be simple. We make it easy for you to get a party rental quote online. The process is simple, all we need from you is your basic personal information, date and time of your event, and navigate through all our product categories to locate just the right rental units for your event.
Here are answers to some common questions about your next event. If you don't find the answer to your question here, contact us at info@partyrentalpro.com or call our customer service line at (561) 603-7822. A responsible adult must be assigned to supervise the bounce house; while it is in use. This adult must be present at the time of delivery to be trained on all the safety rules before we can release the bounce house to you.
Backyard parties are delivered within a 3 hour delivery window generally between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Drivers are scheduled to arrive no later than 30 minutes your event start time. Park, School, Church, and Corporate delivery sites are generally delivered during the hour before your event. We strive to ALWAYS have equipment rentals set up 30 minutes before the start of an event.
Because South Florida can be unpredictable at times, if there is severe weather such as, strong winds, lightning, heavy rain, we are unable to rent the jumpers out. During periods of severe weather condition(s), arising out of but not limited to rain, hale, lightning, high winds (over twenty miles per hour), intense heat, and fire, the Unit(s) must be evacuated immediately and electricity must be turned off.

Professional?!?!? Please!!! I would have given them zero stars if I could.Not only did they come super late to my daughters party,but the slide wasn’t the one I wanted and the snow cone machine didn’t even work.I tried getting my money back for the snow cone machine,but the owner never refunded it to me.What lousy service! This isn’t the way to run a business.My daughter has Autism and was really looking forward to her party.What a let down this was.Never again will I use this company.I suggest you look elsewhere for a rental place cause this place is SO dishonest and uncaring.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSATISFIED. Made a reservation 2 weeks prior and also paid a deposit. The company was aware that the party was at a park the day I made the reservation. The day of the party they arrive 1 hour before and start setting up. It was not until the bounce House was already inflated, when the company notified us that they had no insurance to be at a park, THE DAY OF MY PARTY, because they were unaware of the area. I then tried to contact the company multiple times because the cancellation was last minuet and no one answered. My deposit WAS NOT refunded, Such for saying "Professional

If you are looking to be disappointed for your event than book this company … customer service in the beginning was great but look else where first off the tables and chairs I order were extremely dirty .. and I’m not being dramatic I will upload pics The day of my event when the 8 tables I ordered arrived not only were they filthy but only 3 worked the bounce house was very Dirty like kids don’t need to be in this dirt and grass everywhere they refused to refund me for my tables that were not working and police was called because I refused to give them there products unless my refund was

I will not ever use this company. The service was horrible. We were behind on schedule because they arrived late and they brought the wrong tent cover. The workers were lazy. They had no sense of urgency. Party started at 11am and workers were done setting up the tent at 10:50. That only gave me 10 minutes to put my table scape together and decorations before my guest arrive. We were told they were coming the day before and of course that didn’t happen. But to arrive the day of with the wrong equipment and to move at a pace with no urgency is unacceptable. It was inconvenient and unprofessional

Never ever, ever , ever , ever use this company. Worst business. Delivered wrong slide asked someone if it was okay to leave it. That person was not ME!!!! I am the one on contract. Stuck with a toddler house for teenagers on a Holiday party. Delivery driver was rude, lazy, and disgusting. His name was Kevin. They won’t bring the right slide back to fix the problem even though I have 2 hours until party started. Worst Company EVER. Don’t walk, run from them!!!!

I used this company before I had to write this review without a problem. This past event was a disaster. They gave me a broken bounce house. No one was available the day of the event to rectify the issue. Delivery staff left without making sure slide worked properly. No apology for ruining my day. Do not recommend the slides. Everything was ok.

Thanks to Party Rental Professional my daughter 6th birthday party was great. I called them the day before the party and they was able to deliver exactly what we wanted and on time. The guys that did set up was really nice and professional. Waited for me to decide on where I wanted everything, very patient and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. Price is reasonable, cotton candy machine is what really made the day sweet :).
