I have been there before and had received very bad experience customer service their are rud and disrespectful in attending for the customer needs. Managers have a bad influence attitudes and do no appreciate at their other co-workers. Do not ever go to this place to rent from them and try with other party rental seriously honest.

After I posted 1 star for Panache Events, I decided to change it to 4 stars because when I reached out to them via email regarding the return of one damaged table and the fact that they pulled funds from my bank without my consent, the Operations Manager reached out to me not only via email but called me and kindly fix the whole situation. I am very impressed and grateful for his customer service. Thank you so much, Mr. Montrose. Now I know that I can rent from you folks again because you stand by the customer. For this I am extremely grateful!
