I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Absolute Party Rental. I am a wedding planner, and I had my first backyard wedding on 11/21/2020. I was referred to Absolute by a colleague. They were prompt with responses and happy to answer any questions I had. Then when it came to set up - they worked super hard. All their items were clean and in really good condition. We had to last minute add 2 tents because of threat of rain. They came out promptly and got them set up! All of their staff is super nice. The set up crew went above and beyond. I will definitely be recommending Absolute

If I could give this company a negative star I would. I ordered a party tent, tables, and chairs from them. They delivered my items, however they came back to pick them up before my event due to a potential hurricane. That was supposed to affect the South Florida area. However the Hurricane never came, but when I asked for a refund. They told me that there was no refund due to it's not there fault a Hurricane was coming. And they can give me a 50%credit towards a future rental. I disputed the change with my bank and received a full refund...I would never ever do business with this company again

I have been using Absolute Party Rentals for all my rental needs for my wedding coming up in April 2020 and the customer service has been nothing but wonderful. Someone always answers the phone and has the answer I need every time. Even though I’ve made 4 or 5 changes to my order no one has been upset or given me any problems. I really love working with Absolute Party Rentals so far and can’t wait for my wedding day! Thanks Absolute Party Rentals for being so amazing!!!

In preparation for our special event, I searched extensively for the right company to install a temporary stage over my pool. It wasn't until I found Absolute Party Rental that I had confidence in the product and service that was being offered. Their willingness to drive across the state to custom install a stage to fit my pool as well as erect a tent and provide tables, chairs and bar equipment was very impressive, to say the least.

I had a small house party this past weekend and needed a handful of tables, chairs and linens. I had to change the order a couple of times and customer service was helpful and friendly and the prices were reasonable. Drop off and pick up were a breeze and they came exactly when they said they would. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone who needed party supplies.

Terrible service. They cancelled our party less than two weeks and aren't willing to help with even the rental of tables and chairs. Iris has no consideration for the situation she has put our family in. Diana made a commitment to us and now Iris is only concerned with making more money off of us. Thanks for nothing.

Always have a good experience but not this time around. I ordered 90 chairs and was given 80 chairs and was charged $50 for the 10 chairs I never got. The receptionist wasn't helpful with the situation and had an attitude and wouldn't let me talk to the owner so I had to make a trip to the store. Make sure you count your rental items your self or else you will be paying for their mistake. Owner didn't even try to go over inventory to see if they were short 10 chairs. She said maybe one of my guest at my house party walked away with 10 chairs and that it happens. 😕

I have now used them for a second event, first a wedding and now for a 50th birthday party. Both with over a hundred people, so expectations were high! This company is the BEST!! Everything was spot on and they go out of their way to be helpful , even with things that are not theirs to deal with like hanginging and setting up my disco ball! They took a lot of my stress away and considering these were events I did all on my own, that was a great thing!! I highly recommend them!!!
