For more than 30 years Regency Party Rentals and Supplies, Inc. has provided party rental and tenting solutions for customers in Palm Beach, South Florida, across the United States and the Caribbean.
Whether we are executing a destination wedding; organizing a convention, corporate or non-profit event in Palm Beach; or providing support services to disaster management teams faced with the challenge of helping the country recover from a hurricane, Regency is always ready, willing and eager to meet the needs of our customers.

We are located on the east side of Australian Avenue in West Palm Beach, north of 45th Street, south of Blue Heron Boulevard. Directly north of CBS12 and the traffic light at Hill Avenue. Delivery is available but you must rent a minimum of $200.00 and there is a delivery charge which depends on the distance of travel.
As you plan your special event under a tent, please be sure to allow adequate space for your guest to enjoy the occasion. This is a quick reference guide to adequately cover your event. These are only approximations and should only be used as a quick reference guide when planning your event.

Regency Party Rental I definitely get five stars. They were out of the chairs that I wanted so they upgraded me for free. They loaded everything up and then we dropped off everything was super simple and they unloaded everything as well. They have a great selection friendly staff I would highly recommend for any event.

They are very rude and unprofessional. Alot of people quit this job because the management and the co-workers(The workers that been their all their life) treat you with disrepect. It's like they want you to kiss their bottom. Don't get me wrong the pay is good but I wouldn't stay at this job for long unless you want to be treated like a child. My honest oppention. The boss Mike was cool until he down graded me to a position that I never did. I did my best and did everything right, but for some reason I didn't do good enought. He tried to cut my hours which I didn't like because I have a child that

Michele did a wonderful job helping us rent the extra supplies we needed for our wedding. When we started the rental process we didn’t have all our rsvp numbers in so the exact amount of products we needed was unknown. Additionally, the wedding was in February and the weather can be unpredictable so we wanted to reserve outside heaters just in case. Their 4 day cancellation policy was so flexible and is what really sealed the deal for us. We ended up not needing the heaters, but again, because of their cancellation policy we were able to save a lot of money. We ended up renting table runners

I have used Regency Party for different events over the last six years and have found them to be professional, prompt and able to provide on a short notice. February this year we rented four large salad bowls and realized they were too big we were able to return them for smaller ones with no problem.

At first they were very accommodating. I rented the acrylic podium. They delivered on time but the podium they delivered was cracked (it was cracked at the top and only the person speaking at the podium would have seen it). I called to inform them that there was a crack in the podium and they already knew about it. I asked the girl on the phone to have someone call me to see about a discount since it was damaged. Nobody returned my call so when I called a few days later they said because we used it there would be no discount. I asked to talk to the manager and she was conveniently on the other

Rented two fryers for the 4th of July... one of the fryers worked perfectly, the other one would work for ten minutes then shut off. We would light it up again and again it would turn off after ten minutes. After turning it on over 10 times we just decided to stop using it as it was wasting our time because it did not work properly and would just not stay lit. The next day I let Regency Party rentals know the situation and they told me to take it to the technician they had. When I did it took "Freddy" over 25 minutes just to get it to light up. Called to place an order just now for my Thanksgiving get together. The woman on the phone was absolutely the RUDEST person EVER!!! I'm in sales so I tried to be EXTRA nice to see if she would turn her attitude around. She didn't. Every question I had she replied very tartly and had zero sense of humor and personality. Horrible experience when you are trying to give someone business. I don't get it.
