We had my sister's reviewing and service with Callahan Funeral. It was overall the worst experience possible. Mr. Ellis was a kind man however the services we were expecting were not delivered. We ended up not having the viewing, didn't get the memory cards (weren't ordered) and her obit was never put in the little Callahan paper. No response to emails... I feel my sister's memory was disrespected. Such a difficult time made so much worse, I am heartbroken!
