WHAT WE DO: Glick's Mobile Computer Repair and Business IT Services provides world-class IT support, computer and networking setup, rescue, and repair, and Mac and PC laptop and tower repair to homes, home offices, and small businesses with 25 or less workstations and up to one server in the Phoenix Metropolitan and Verde Valley areas of Arizona.
Set up new computers, printers and network equipment such as routers and wireless extenders. Recover lost data (please stop using your computer and call ASAP 602-515-1733 so we can advise you over the phone). Fix laptop dc jack issues when the computer won't charge or you have to jiggle the adapter.
NOTE: We generally resolve most issues within one hour (OR LESS) per computer; there is a one hour billing minimum and billed per quarter-hour thereafter (if we are there for 1.25 hours we only bill for 1.25 hours). There is no travel charge in our service area AND we resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Have used Glick's Mobile Computer Repair it the past and had a great experience, fast and very complete.
Today's experience was over the top great. We had a phishing email that we accidently responded to and Dave was able to assure us we did no damage and forwarded the email to Amazon. This was all done on line and only took a a few minutes.

I ran into a problem with my PC's iTunes library. Based on a previous terrific experience I had with Glick's Mobile Computer Service, I again called for help. Clearly it was the right decision. Dave quickly identified my problem's cause, thoroughly explained it and the solution in non-geek terms I understood, and then fixed it. I've now had two issues quickly and completely resolved by Dave and his technician John . They deserve my 5-star rating. If you have a computer problem, call them. You'll be glad you did!

Dave is very helpful. I am not the most savvy computer user, so when I need help Dave is there. He always answers my phone calls in a timely manner, once he logs in to my computer , he listens to what I need to do with it. He then proceeds to fix the problem. I never feel like he talks down to me because I am not very computer smart.I would highly recommend them.
