With over a decade of personal training experience, owner and operator Jonathan McClellan embodies a unique blend of knowledge, motivation, and attention to detail. These attributes coupled with his encouraging and uplifting personality have helped his clients achieve phenomenal results even they didn't think were possible.
We have a one-mile loop around our neighborhood that I like to run. People run both directions, but one direction is much tougher than the other. The tough direction has a steep hill that's absolutely brutal while the easy direction has a slow, gradual hill. My goal in life is to be my best and to help others be their best.
