Services
Morgan joined Towne in October of 2018. She was raised in the Maineville area and brings five years of rent management experience with her. When not at work, Morgan enjoys her pets and watching all types of movies. Katie joined The Falls family October of 2019. Prior to joining The Falls team, Katie was a police officer for almost fifteen years and worked in real estate for five.

We moved from IN to Ohio for my husbands job in late October 2018. We were lucky to tour The Falls of Landen in early October and they had the perfect place opening up for us just in time for our move . My husband now has a longer commute due to a job promotion; but we have chosen to remain at The Falls because it’s an awesome community. The… grounds are well cared for and Maintenance does an awesome job of fixing things quickly . The office staff is great too and make you feel at home . They also strive to do community events . Glad to call The Falls at Landen our home .

I was lucky to have picked The Falls at Landen as my home even though it was a short time that I lived there. The staff was extremely professional and kind and did everything in their power to help me even when I was terminating my lease early. I wasn't hit with any cleaning fees, (unlike many apartment complexes do even when you've cleaned your apartment before moving out) or anything negative to prevent me from getting my deposit back. I can't say enough amazing things about this place. The apartment was beautiful and clean and truly felt like home. The facilities are clean and the community

Please for the love of god..don't move here! I read all these awesome reviews and thought this would be a great community to live in. Sadly, I moved into dirty and dated apartment. Where's the luxury apartments promised? I didn't ask for pets but bugs are hanging out at your place whether you like it or not.. With underwhelming response from the office staff. The walls are paper thin.

We moved in March of 2016 and loved it but wanting something more roomy for our two dogs. We left but ended up returning to the falls in March of 2018 because we loved it so much. The staff always answers emails or calls so timely. Emily was a great landlord but she left the falls shortly after we moved in the second time. The pub is a great add to the place! You can drink and walk home safely in this community. Overall nice people and such a clean spayed apartment you can’t go wrong. Dog friendly as well with large spots of grass to let your dogs walk freely and they provide doggy bags to pick

I moved in The Falls at the end of August. I love my apartment and my neighbors are very friendly. I have had a few minor issues but the management has been very responsive and easy to work with. My company actually leased the apartment, so there has been some confusion about where to send bills for rent and water, but property management has been very patient and understanding.

No issues until we moved out. When you do, take pictures of everything and do the walk through with them. We trusted them and that was a big mistake. We left the place spotless with the exception of a blind that got bent up. They used the fact we had pets to claim the carpets were covered in pet stains. Not true at all. Our pets are house broke and have not pee'd in the house for years. We even cleaned the carpets. Others have had the same experience. Take my advise and do the walk through with them and take pictures. They have a set of pictures they use to steal your money.

So nice, we lived here twice! LOVE living here. My husband and I lived here for over 4 years and made the mistake of moving out. We were never happy anywhere and ended up coming back! It was nice before, but WOW! The renovations and updates just add to the charm of this community. Friendly staff and neighbors, quiet, clean, just wonderful. Truly so so happy to be back!

Unprofessional staff, unkept, dirty apartments, and overpriced units sums up this community. At further inspection when moving in, our apartment was filthy. We had to scrub cabinets and baseboards, vacuum dust balls off of ceilings, scrub the floors several times because they were sticky, etc. This is how they leave a “cleaned” apartment for a new tenant to move in to? Paint isn’t even on the walls with lighter shades showing through. Wall plates and fixtures are painted over. Cabinets are old and stained and their fronts are peeling. We ended up getting a credit on our second month because

Nice neighbors, very safe & clean common areas and pool, option for attached garages, stainless appliances, tile in kitchens, regular home sized appliances (not little baby IKEA sized!) spacious, don’t care for type of wood flooring too Pergo-like, maintenance is amazingly prompt and good, nice walk through community at night, Kings Island is 1 mile as crow flies but very easy to avoid any of its traffic and you get free fireworks every night at 10 - even my dog has grown to like! 5 minutes to Kroger/Walmart/Deerwood stores. I think a little too expensive by one fifty to two for 2 bd/2bth with

Lived here about 5 years and it overall "a great place to live". I've always had nothing but wonderful experiences with all the staff. Only real criticisms are that rent does seem to increase higher than inflation and lately the "quality" of neighbors has markedly declined. Maintenance staff could not be better. Grounds are awesome. We only left to buy a condo in nearby West Chester. Will miss the place, but will be back to visit. Special thanks to Willa, Emily, and Ted.

Have lived at The Falls for one year. Management and Staff friendly, helpful and always available.Maintenance needs have been minimal but when requested completed with same day service even on just a general maintenance request. Lots of social events always well planned and year round including parties,dances,social cards and seasonal celebrations. Monthly news letters are community oriented and full of up to date information.Property always has work being done like new fence partitions around patios to all new roofing as of spring 2014. Lots or younger and older families located here in this quiet
