If you have any other options do not rent here.. in the one year we lived at island club. I was attacked by a dog, car broken into multiple times, heat went out in the winter, air went out in the summer, they switched my apartment a few days before moving in, and the water was shut off numerous times for “ maintenance.” There was ALWAYS an issue. After ALL of the issues over the year they refused to let me leave a month early when I purchased a house. I was extremely patient while they “fixed” (nothing was ever really fixed) all of the issues yet they showed no flexibility on return.

Where to begin?! My fiancé and I relocated to this area from a small town and we absolutely love it!! The property is always clean and the staff is the BEST! They are always doing fun activities and contests on Facebook. The staff is really involved and helpful in this diverse community as well giving it that close community vibe that we love! Just to mention a few amenities; a dog park, tennis court, pool, gym, and on site laundry if you don’t own/rent a washer and dryer! It’s also in a great location near a lot of fun spots and restaurants! One of the best apartments we’ve ever lived in

10/10 recommend Island club, the grounds are beautiful with plenty amenities. You can tell that management (Maria,Jason,Kylie) truly cares about the tenants, making sure that every maintenance issue is handled in an appropriate amount of time. They work hard to make all the tenants feel included with different contests and social events to win prizes! The apartments themselves are some of the quietest I have every lived it, with plenty of upgrades! All around great place to live, we have for almost a year and will be resigning for another!

I have been living here for around 3 years and really like it! The staff does a great job at helping residents feel welcome and happy with their home. The landscaping around the complex is kept nice, which is one of my favorite parts. Maintenance does an excellent job at following up on work orders quickly and communicating any additional information. There are also several community events scheduled throughout the year for residents - beer and wine tastings, pool parties, Halloween costume contests, etc.
I would highly recommend Island Club Apartments!

Island club was our home for 6 years since we moved in new to the country. A wonderful community of neighbors and friendly staff made us feel at home. I would like to specifically call out Stephen and Jeff from the maintenance department for their patience and professionalism. They are wonderful in handling every inconvenience like frequent communication for water shutoffs, compactor getting full over weekend taken care right on Monday morning, emergency contacts for lockouts etc. Also there has been continuous improvement to the community in the past few years including dog parks, park benches

I just need to compliment everyone working in the office and maintenance at Island Club, a Hills community! Shortly after I moved in, the items were gone over and small fixes were done. I had written down a few other insignificant things I noticed, and of course, forgotten.
Last week, Randy came into check the “smaller things” I had written about in my move-in inspection. Today, to my surprise, the new dishwasher rack and other things were completed!!

I have lived at Island Club Apartments for three years and it is a great place to live. The grounds are always well manicured and I get to watch the fireworks as they go off at Kings Island. The Maintenance team is excellent at responding to requests and handling the issues in an efficient manner. Maria leads a great staff who are very friendly and responsive to any issues or requests I have made. There are a lot of fun events at the Clubhouse like wine and beer tastings and parties for the children. The whole Management Team is over the top in making Island Club an ideal place to enjoy life.

This place is amazing while living here! The maintenance people are awesome. Some of the office people are nice.
But be careful when you go to move out. They will try to nickel and dime you for everything. Thinking you aren't paying attention to it. Yes we ended our lease early which we should have to pay for unless someone moves in (which they did) we still had to pay a little that's okay. What I'm not okay with is that they tried to say they had to replace the carpet and we had to pay for that. Then they want to charge us for cleaning. Which still made us pay. And I promise you

Hills Communities/Properties has dropped the ball on this property. What used to be a nice complex has turned into a place where the apartments are old and outdated, with lack of proper maintenance and the surroundings are filled with rotted out buildings and cheap landscaping. There is nothing luxurious about it.
