My family and I lived here for two years. Only complaints would be parking was terrible, not many spots available and the people who lived above us was running a zoo but we never complained as we knew what to expect living on the second floor. Rent price was good. Moved out earlier this year as we purchased a home due to our growing family. Maintenance was great and office staff was amazing!

The whole place is definitely infested with mold. As I speak it's 8 am and they have maintenance people replacing the siding of the outside of the building. Loud asf. None of them speak English either, cheap labor. Also they have a water pipe issue, our neighbors had a water pipe burst and it completely destroyed everything in their apartment, no wonder there are mold issues. The kids playground has shattered glass all over the place and no one has cleaned it up. If you want a roof over your car you have to pay for it. There were bird living inside the walls so it smelled like death in one

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! horrible office staff specifically Nichole. Office tried to raise rent by 75 dollars midway through lease and when challenged we figure out they never signed past 2 leases so they could change to month to month at any time they feel and then kicked and banned from front office. Extremely rude staff and have never been so disappointed in a company. Honestly do yourself a favor and live anywhere else or risk dealing with shady contracts and unprofessionalism.

Steeplechase has far exceeded my expectations for a community to live in. The complexes and facilities are always clean and safe. The staff is wonderful. Katie Raisor is extremely professional and kind. I feel confident knowing that I live here with respectful, honest staff like Katie managing the property. Thank you all!

Windows in apartments are dated to the late 80's - early 90's. Let's heat in during the summer and cold in during the winter. Must cover windows if you don't want a 170+ bill for HVAC. Grass grows very long till they get a team out to mow. Post signs on front door to apartment building and don't remove ever. Until someone in the building does after months of expiration date on the posts. Parking lot needs to be redone. :-/ great area for families. Quiet neighborhood

Love living here. Have lived here for many years and the location and amenities are amazing. Love having a beautiful pond literally right next to my back patio. Maintenance is great, management has been really great during the Covid-19 situation. Very caring and willing to help in any way. I’ve been very impressed. The only con is the rent increases every year even with no upgrades but I guess that is any apartment complex. Overall it is an excellent place to live. We have been very happy.
