I have lived here for about five years. Yes, there has been management turnover but so what? Jonathan and Melinda are very nice, courteous. The pool is beautiful and always very clean and well-maintained. And they just got new pool furniture which is very nice. The interior furniture of the office building is lovely, you can tell it was designed by a professional interior decorator. I can't really comment on the movie room as I have never used it personally but I remember it was nice. You can watch a movie there or borrow one to watch at home. Also, they have a business room but again, I can't

This place is overpriced and the management is terrible. We have been here since March, and can't wait to move out! The appliances are outdated, carpet is terrible and stains very easily, the walls are painted with cheap satin paint that shows every fingerprint. The screen on the sliding door keeps falling off and nobody in the staff will fix it properly! Do not rent here!!! You will hate it!

This place constantly ups the rent they close the imeneties there are much nicer apartment complexes that haven't closed off the pool and weight room to it's guests and guess what we're still paying full price it's just plain laziness and greed if you close them or limit usage at least lower the rent until it reopens I'd leave if the rent wasn't so high I couldn't afford to move out

Maintenance sucks, office staff do not care about you at all. as long as you pay them they dont care about anything else. Diring this pandemic. They are still threatening people with evictions if they do not pay them. Landscaping is very poor. Everything is not maintained. Dog droppings everywhere. Rude and nosy neighbors who wil follow your every move just to make your day worse. 955 for a one bedroom one bathroom. Ridiculous

Wonderful staff, prompt maintenance, lovely maintained grounds and quite community. It's also becoming a more convenient location with the construction of a shopping center across the street in addition to large shopping plaza other side of bridge. Everything I need is only a 3 minute car ride away!

I came to live in this place thinking that for the price that we paid it was going to be a nice place. Garbage collection is a mess. Rude and inconsiderate neighbors are always fighting and don't let you sleep at night. VERY POOR MAINTENANCE. They haven't clean the common areas in over 10 months. I would not recommend the place to any friends or family. Not to mention that they are very quick in raising the rent payments with every new lease. I am leaving this place very disappointed.

Don't live here if you can help it....You'll pay over 750.00 for a one bedroom, and deal with rude office staff, crappy pool furniture, you can't use the gym unless the little kids aren't around...but worse is you will deal with cockroaches and constantly telling the main office that there is something in the common area that needs fixed (lights, hand rails)...I will say the maintenance staff is wonderful...and I like my balcony But their management is terrible......I liked the other property manager that was there. I have lived there since Feb of this year......
