I want to thank the staff at Sprain Brook Manor and all of the staff for taking excellent care of my sister, Gwen. The Physical and Occupational Therapy team were wonderful! They patiently worked with her daily for two months and restored her confidence in walking. I would definitely recommend Sprain Brook Manor to anyone who requires rehabilitation services.

During my time at Sprain Brook Manor Rehabilitation, after being referred by another individual woods loved one was there, I just say we could not be happier with our decision. The overall care, cleanliness, the phenomenal staff care, and the attention by medical team, from medical director to Nurse practitioner, is perfect.

I came to Sprain Brook Manor for short term rehab. When looking for rehabilitation, you seek comfort, understanding, cleanliness and overall great care. Sprain Brook Manor as a whole, doesn’t just provide all these things previously mentioned, they go above and beyond your expectations. They make you feel like more than just a patient or an assignment. The rehab team is beyond exceptional, understanding, patient yet firm enough to push you to meet your goals. I must say, the teamwork and care and their professionalism is absolutely outstanding. I have been traveling around the world with peoples love ones that have a cognitive impairment and upon arrival to pick up my client they were 100% totally prepared and on top of every little thing,

Sprain Brook Manor rehabilitation offers one of the most pleasant Rehab experiences after surgery. The therapy team is amazing and professional. The facility is nice and spacious with great food and always new menu options. The transfer from the hospital is seamless and they provide door to door transportation for family members. Overall an A+ experience

Thank Goodness my Mom was only in there for a short amount of time. This place is a nightmare. They do not care for their patients. My Mom went into diabetic shock in their care. I probably do not need to say anymore than this. The rooms are filthy, They lost her clothes in the laundry, and they were tagged with the proper name. She was there for over 2 weeks, and they did not give her a shower. You need to micro manage the staff to ensure your loved one is partially taken care of. The provider's prescribed the incorrect meds. The MA, nurses, etc. are awful. The discharge process did not follow

Do not place your loved ones in this place. I would give this place no stars if I could. The nurses are cold, heartless, negligent, uncaring and have bad attitudes. Due to their negligence and lack of care my parent was hospitalized multiple times for dehydration and pneumonia because they ignored all the obvious symptoms. Even asked to see the doctor numerous times was told ok but they never show up. Empty oxygen tanks and clogged feeding tubes were completely ignored despite the beeping and calling the nurses multiple times. Run don't walk away from this place.

Be careful before your leave your senior relatives here. My uncle, who is 93 and has dementia, has been here after being released from St Luke's Hospital in NYC. He was in a weakened condition and was placed in short-term rehab. He is stronger physically but his dementia is getting worse. He should be on the floor that handles dementia patients but staff (and I have spoken to everyone who might control policy at this place) all maintain that he will be moved when he is "cleared." No one on staff can or will tell me when that might be. I suspect that this is a tactic used to milk
