THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! i had an appointment today 11/18/21 , when i was at the door the RECEPTIONIST tell me i can not go inside with my baby. My kids lost the day of school, lost them after school programs because they won't be considered with all of us! My babysitter is sick that's why i bring my baby.. they said WE HAVE TO SCHEDULE A NEW APPOINTMENT (seriously) we have things to do ma'am!! My kids don't like missing schools and you don't be kind with us. And let me tell the worst part of this.. they are Hispanic like me! I am pretty sure others race supporters each others but Hispanic

Dr. Heaven is always very professional towards me and answers all my questions. I've been seeing him for at least 5 years now, so definitely recommend him.
Most of his staff are kind but I noticed one who was frankly rude to one of her coworkers when she was just getting the receipt for me to sign. Made me sad for the woman helping me. The work environment seems a bit hostile but I like this place since I can get in and out quickly and can take my prescriptions to Costco for contacts and frames.
I still recommend though.

Dr. Heaven is the absolute best. My daughter had something in her eye that I thought was nothing. He brought us in and it turned out to be crazy glue! And she had rubbed her eye so much she scratched the surface! He was so gentle and even followed up to make sure she was ok…great bedside manner and excellent skill!

I found this place after visiting another optical place (Walmart) THREE times for receiving the incorrect prescription for contacts. Dr. Heaven was patient, understanding, professional, and kind. He took his time to re-exam me from scratch and allowed me to use various trials until my eye site was perfect. I truly appreciated his service and patience with me. I didn’t feel like just another client.
The location is small and hard to miss. Parking is tight, I had to park in the back once the front was filled. But service is always quick and fairly professional at the front. The prices for a contact

Dr. Heaven was very professional, informative, and thorough with my eye exam, which started right on time. His staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the visit, with exceptional safety and sanitation measures in place. You can readily schedule an appointment and complete new patient forms via the website. I knew Dr. Heaven came highly recommended, and after my first visit, I can certainly understand why. I'll certainly be returning for my annual exams.

I was about 30 minutes early to my noon appt thinking that I would need to fill out new patient paperwork but it wasn't as much paperwork as I assumed there would be.
The office isn't large but it's quaint. They do wipe down the instruments and chair after each guest, which is always something that should be done.
Dr. Heaven was friendly and easy to communicate with. The exam was quick but thorough. He made sure I understood everything he was saying and asked if I had any questions.
The ladies in the front were helpful as well, making sure I understood everything about my insurance

The doctor and staff are wonderful. I came in for an eye exam and contact lens exam/fitting. The doctor was knowledgeable and super nice. The staff is friendly and patient. They don't push any sales on you. I did have to come back a second time to try another lens, but that was because I asked to try a non-toric lens the first time. And don't be alarmed by the exterior of the building. From the outside, it is a very modest-looking building with a very modest parking situation, but it's what's on the inside that matters!!

I've been a patient since I first met Dr. Heaven at Pearle Vision on Hammond Drive. I sought him out after he opened his own practice. He is knowledgeable, an excellent communicator and is very much interested in helping his patients maintain good eye health. Even though I "disappeared" for a few years, he didn't play the guilt card! His staff is delightful. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

I have been getting my eyes checked by Dr. Heaven for several years now. I can truthfully say that he is so polite and gives you the knowledge you need for proper eye care. His prices are affordable, and the service you receive is even better. I highly recommend Dr. Jason Heaven for your contact lens or glasses exam. I have never been to an eye doctor who was so polite. I think this is a trait that many need to follow. I highly recommend him.

These people are totally unprofessional and are complete liars. I called and asked what the cost of an eye exam was, and the receptionist told me $64.99. I then asked if the eye exam was free with the purchase of glasses, like many of their neighboring competitors, and she told me "yes." I get there literally 5 minutes later since we were already down the street and the lady at the front desk tells me the eye exam would NOT be free! So unethical to get someone to drive out there by lying! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE HONEST PEOPLE!

Dr. Heaven is very professional and a very nice doctor. He's extremely knowledgeable and is very caring about your eye health, addressing any questions you have. I previously went to another eye doctor in the area because I had symptoms of a corneal ulcer in my left eye, but that doctor didn't give me much advice on how to treat it nor did he prescribe any type of eye drops to help clear it up. I went to Dr. Heaven when my eye continued to get worse and he recommended me a new type of solution, which he gave me a sample of, and prescribed eye drops to clear up the infection. The problem

We (husband and I) first met Dr. Heaven 3 years ago when he was the in house optician at Pearle Vision on Hammond in Sandy Springs. Over the years, we'd seldom come across an eye specialist who is as caring and concerned about the patients eye health. He communicates well so you understand any eye problems you might have.
Not only is Dr. Heaven the consummate professional, he's friendly and cute. That can't hurt, can it? ;)
Last year we learned Dr Heaven had left Pearle and opened his own business. YAY! When we got our eye exams and Rxs this year, we spent less because Dr.Heaven
