I am in total disbelief about the service and treatment of the current motel front office associate... This gentleman is very disrespectful, told me I was not allowed to check into my room until 2 p.m. when I booked the motel room on priceline and it said I can check in at 5 a.m. today...
I want to file a complaint against the staff as though I've never experience such belligerence, in my opinion, that an should not be working customer service!!
For that, I am not digusted with that motel for not being better at observing this man's character towards folks who do not favor his taste bei g as

Bought a room for me and my girlfriend for 180. First thing I notice was a hole in the wall and a hole above the toilet. The room is not In good shape at all for that price. Then opened a drawer on the nightstand and see a small roach run around in it. Call the front desk and they had a guy who had a language barrier and he came with raid to spray the drawers. Called back to ask about getting money back. He told me he’ll give me 20% back only. He called back 5 mins later saying $20 dollars then continued to argue and say he can only do 15% at most. Do not stay here at all or waste your time and

I believe in giving people and local businesses a second chance. They no longer get my service. Now they have hired help that is disrespectful, says rude things under his breath to paying customers. I was there for an extended stay and the excuses began to pile up. I remained cordial and respectful regardless of their manors. Until they decided to move me into room 131.

This location is poorly kept, dingy,dirty and uncomfortable. The beds are really hard. You only get two flat pillows. Our bathroom didn't even have a new roll of toilet paper. If it wasn't for extreme weather and flooding and six other hotels being sold out in the area we would not have ever slept here. Save your money and sleep in your car.

I called on 6/18 @ 5:40p. Was told 1 bed from 6/18 - 6/21 was $70 a night. Got there around 6:30p & the same person then told me it's $90 a night. I proceeded to show him several websites showing $70...but since he wasn't getting his way, I was told I was being very disrespectful, he wasn't goin to rent to me & to find another place to stay.

Front desk rep was beyond rude. I got a jacuzzi room. I got the room at 2 but just got the keys and left returned later. I spent majority of my time in the jacuzzi. When I went to lay down I noticed the sheets smelled FOUL. I called the front desk to inform and he then said “we clean our rooms everyday.” instead of apologizing for the experience. I would have changed my own sheets. He then told me he would refund me and I can leave which is fine because my own sheets at home don’t smell. I paid $270 I should at least have clean sheets. They will never get another hard earned dime out my pocket
