The private office has strength training equipment, free weights, med and exercise balls, kettlebells, Bosu balance training, and a recumbent bicycle for your warm up/cool down. Ask the HR leader at your company. Many corporations want their employees to get fit and stay fit! I have organized and facilitated small group fitness classes in the on-site corporate gym.

Services
I am a runner and have completed multiple marathons and four ultra marathons. I also enjoy competing in shorter distances (5K to 10K), and with instruction from Tom Tellez (former University of Houston and Carl Lewis' Coach), I started winning age group awards -- but we're not saying which age group!
Ellen has done month-long on-site fitness challenges and one-day fitness follow ups. She has led groups of 4 to 6 employees of varying degrees of fitness through a) stretching, b) stability and c) strength exercises. Ellen's passion for fitness is obvious and she was extremely flexible to meet our needs and adapt as we modified the wellness challenge throughout the month.
I can't believe the results I've gotten after almost a year working out with Ellen! I've never been this toned! Ellen is a creative trainer whose workouts are never boring and are tailored to my needs. Ellen cares deeply about my health and fitness because she's dedicated to helping people to love exercise and to gaining confidence in themselves through fitness.
We are happy to provide you with a list of stretching videos below. They are grouped by areas of the body. Stretching expert Bob Anderson says that stretching should never hurt; you should only feel "mild discomfort". Our favorite stretching book is: "Stretching" by Bob Anderson. You will see several different stretches for most parts of the body.
