Chisholm works with his clients, is incredibly patient, and very knowledgeable. Can't do better than him as a trainer. I’ve been a client of his for several years, and he provides great training, nutritional advice, and help in other areas as well.

I started my search for a personal trainer almost a year ago and he was the first on my list. Having met him and done my first session, the search stopped.
The most important thing for me was to find an unpretentious and non-judgmental trainer. And I did. Adding to that, he is very patient and he knows what he is doing.
If you are serious about losing weight, he will help you with all the guidance, information/material and support possible and you will see results.
If you want to get stronger and get a more toned physique, he will help you achieve that in whatever way he can.

Rude, person I attempted to schedule with and would urge you not to attempt to train with because he has a bad attitude and demeanor.
You are best working with someone who will not be rude towards you.
He complained that I contacted him (via e-mail) too early in the morning and didn't have to be speaking to me (via e-mail) so early anyhow and so on. He is not someone you want to spend time training with over and over again, needless to say...

Chisholm has been training me 2 days/week for the past 8 years and has really made a difference for me. Every workout with Chisolm is different. I go 2-3 days a week, and probably in the last year, he's repeated a workout maybe 5 or 6 times. The variety keeps it fresh and interesting.
Also, as a busy traveling professional, he is very accommodating when you need to switch your time, due to a conflict and always finds a way to work you in at a more convenient time.
He does his workouts in 30 minute increments, and I was skeptical at first since most trainers do an hour, but he does not mess around in those 30 minutes, and I think most people feel challenged. At the end of the day, he gives you the

Chisholm is awesome, I really like train with him because he push you to get better, lift more weigh, and improve the technique. And he helps with the nutrition too... always sent good literature about it. I always be on gyms but with his training I really reach my goals, I've been training with him for almost 6 month twice a week

I hvae been using Chisholm for about 3 months now. He is an excellent trainer in my opinion and I have been told by other trainers that he is one of the best around. His knowledge of fitness and nurtrition have been a very valuable asset to my weight loss, muscle training and overall health. My stamina has improved tremendously, I've lost over 30 pounds (so far) and have decreased my diabetes medication as well(he helped me not have to go to insulin). I am very greatful I found him, you will be too.

I've been training with Chisholm for about 9 months and have lost around 56 lb since then. My muscles in my arms and legs are definitely more toned and defined. Thanks to his nutritional advice I now know how to eat the right food in the right amounts and at the right time. I am very happy I chose Chisholm as my trainer.

Working with Chisholm of Citifit has been great! I've worked out with different trainers over the years and eventually get burned out but with his 30 minute sessions I never dread going to my workout. His guidance on nutrition and how to eat to loose weight has been an unexpected benefit.

Hiring a personal trainer has been on my "bucket list" for quite some time. After meeting with Chisolm I found that he was extremely friendly and instantly felt he had my best interest at heart. I've only been with him for two weeks now and can already feel a difference. No two work-outs have been alike which keeps things new and challenging every session. The location is convenient and the gym is always clean and equipment well taken care of. I would definitely recommend him!!
