Wonderful fitness trainer with plenty of experience in different exercise techniques. She does an excellent job teaching proper form and thoroughly sanitizes equipment which is critical in the current environment. Rates are much better than private lessons at a major gym and you're supporting local business.

I have been training with Mima for 11 years. She is great - keeps it interesting and adjusts the workout based on your needs (injuries, pregnancy, etc). She's one of the few instructors I've met that can run a "group" class with individualized workouts while still appropriately guiding and supervising her clients. Highly recommend checking her out.
