Horrible dining experience especially for the price we paid. 5 people paid over $150 and literally everything came out cold, dry and over cooked. Our skewers were horrible. My wife's rib eye steak was cooked to a crisp, cold and tough as leather. They didn't bring 2 of our salads. The rest of the apps and wraps were bland. The only decent thing was the loaded fries but we didn't go there for that. Will never return!

Man this was really good and had great atmosphere. Only negative about can give is it was pricey but in the current economic climate prices are going up. For what I paid which I believe was about $20 + for lunch I'd say it was worth the money. I had the chicken and steak skewers. The presentation was oddly a bit breath taking lol. Maybe a bit over the top with that comment but by far the best tasting and looking Mediterranean food I've had in a while. The fattoush salad was good but the lettuce was a bit soggy. Wish I had a photo because my plate looked awesome.

Nothing but the best reviews for this place. I used to come every once in a while but ever since they added the Black Rock Steak I can’t help but coming here only. The black rock steak is a great experience and tastes delicious. It’s very nice because you can cook to your preference and workers like Khalid are very helpful throughout the whole experience

First time here when they actually had a butcher.. Before you even step into this let me give you an honest review. This place is over priced, same quality as your typical Texas roadhouse. They serve you like your at a cafeteria with little service.
Drinks are mediocre, everything is bottled or can yet they're offering lemonade as juice($3) but it's minute maid and they charge you more when it could made fresh.
The salad was not fresh and the grilled vegetables was burnt
Their is only 2 cuts of steak and it's $40 for a 12 oz!
Portion of steak isn't what you think either it's a skimpy flat steak

I'm kind of addicted to the apple fattoush salad. Their fattoush dressing is unlike any other place! It's thick and full of flavor and the raspberry dressing is a nice balance. The hummus with chicken is another go to item for us. Staff is friendly and my orders are always ready when they say they will be.

FOOD TAKES FOREVER !!Decided to give this place a 4th chance as the first 3 were during pandemic/ mandated which I figured timeliness was affected. Each time food has taken at least 40+ min for 2 burgers. This time the food we Ordered hot n spicy chicken burger and butcher's burger. Couple of points to make....
1. Customer service skills- didn't even bother to acknowledge how late the food was .
2. Food was 43 min late and chicken burger was cold
3. Are they "butching" the chickens and cows live for it to take that long?
Recommendation don't waste your time here

I saw someone else do a review of the honey butter chicken burger and it looked AMAZING. I had to try it. It was pretty good, but the chicken patty was a bit too thin and tough for my liking. It was seasoned well and the fries were good though. I will go back and try some of the other menu items to see if maybe I just caught them on a bad day. Other people's food that I saw looked really good. So I'll give them another try.

This salad I used to get all the time, it’s super expensive your looking at 17$. But it used to be twice the size of this. So I paid 17$ for half the salad I used to get. I will never buy food from here again and I suggest no one else does either. The prices keep going up and the food keeps getting smaller.

I've been following this restaurant for a while on Instagram so when the opportunity came along to stop in to indulge, I could not pass it up. I liked that the menu was made available by QR Code. I really like the variety in their offerings here. After a moment of contemplating, I settled on the Mozzarella Chicken Burger. My cousin got the Hot 'n Spicy Chicken Burger. We opted to have each cut in half in order to try both. The ingredients for both tasted fresh and flavorful. I'll be paying them a return visit soon.

It hurts me to write it, but I was so disappointed.
We ordered two Honey Butter Fried Chicken Burgers after hearing how amazing it was. We ordered take-out online through their website at 8:15pm, and the website said it would be ready in 35 minutes. It was not.
In all, the food wasn't ready until 9:23pm.
I should add some context. It was Dearborn. It is Ramadan. It was after sunset.
However, the restaurant was absolutely packed to capacity (Current Michigan COVID19 guidelines state that restaurants should only be at 50% capacity). There was no sense of order or organization

I've been going here for years, it's always been great. I love the chicken lemon soup. I typically go for kabobs or deboned chicken but the burgers and salad are great too. The rice it always cooked to perfection, never overdone. Takeout service over the past year has been quick and always on point!

Opted for a delivery from Butcher's Grille to try something a little different. Delivery was on the pricey side with all the fees, tip, etc. but now that I see they have curbside pickup on their website, I'll def8nitely be looking into that.
I tried the honey butter fried chicken sandwich, and it was delicious. Perfectly cooked, huge, nice and crispy and a terrific sauce that was a little sweet and a little spicy. It was a bit on the pricey side for a chicken sandwich, but the quality was definitely there.
Delivery was quicker than expected and arrived piping hot.

I've been here several times both for sit down service before COVID and to order take out during COVID. Staff has been friendly, and the food has always been solid. Service is generally quick, and the food is yummy with good portions. Really enjoyed the kabob and chicken plates here as well as the gyro plates with garlic sauce. Great option if you're looking for classic Middle Eastern flavors that are healthy and clean.
