After managing hotels in Vail for nearly 14 years, Andrew began his real estate career in Leadville in 2011. He now merges his passion for hospitality, customer service, and home-ownership. Andrew, having rented his own properties for years, manages client properties like they were his own. He specializes in helping clients purchase foreclosure properties and is a Colorado Certified Short Sale agent.

Andrew and Tracy have been managing rentals for my house in Leadville. They have been very timely providing reports on rental income and expenses and have addressed needed repairs quickly and kept me well informed. Rented several vacation homes through Independence reality throughout the years, cannot say enough on the cleanliness, quality and value paid for the accommodations. Management team was quick, responsive and helpful on several occasions. Looking to book a week again this February with the family, love Leadville, views and Ski Cooper!

If you are looking to rent, buy, or have your property managed we highly recommend independence realty. My family and I are relatively new to the area and I have rented, bought a home and had property managed all through independence realty and I couldn't be more thankful and happy with the business they provided. I hired IR to manage my property, and from what I can tell Andrew not only let people move in and move out without cleaning, I don't think he ever even did a drive by to look at the place. What a scam artist...he seems plenty interested in taking his cut, and promoting his vacation rentals, but could care less about his clients! Do NOT hire him....and if you rent from him be prepared to be unhappy. I see by his response he is again trying to blame someone else. I was warned about his practices when it comes to properties other than his own and didn’t listen.... now I understand why I was warned
