Everyone at Family Eyecare Center was extremely nice and professional. Dr. Youmans was my provider and he is very funny. Joyce always answered the phone when I called and actually waited when she asked, “May I place you on a brief hold?” Joyce is awesome! 🙏🏾Evelyn ensured all of my information was correct in the system and added the necessary info. She was thorough and quick. Evelyn was also very personable and we had conversations about our families Brandon took pictures of my eyes and I made him laugh almost the whole time! I enjoyed my visit with him and felt our time together made

The office is warm and inviting. Dr. Jordan Parrish and his staff make me feel like family. I have the impression that the staff likes working there as everyone is always upbeat and in a good mood. That says a lot about an office. It has a good vibe! Dr. Jordan is very patient and kind. He answers my questions and explains every thoroughly. I know he’s respected in the optometry community as my glaucoma surgeon speaks very highly of him. I’m grateful that he is over seeing all of my eye care.

This is a fantastic facility! Everyone that works here is very educated and extremely kind. This is the best eye care business in all of Florida for sure! My whole family drives all the way from Tampa and Fort Myers to Family Eye Care because they are so incredible. I would recommend them to anyone!

I HAD been a customer with this place for over a year now. No more. I set up an appointment for my girlfriend with them and this is what we got. But before I left the office I was told that I owe them the money (they collected the day of my appointment a year ago) that was never paid by the VA and that I needed to pay them, when asked to prove it, the computer locked up and they could not prove anything. I have the credit cart statement that proves I paid them. STRIKE 1
