Whether you are new to yoga, or looking to deepen your practice, at Homegrown Yoga every body is welcomed and honored. In this 45 minute, donation only, restorative class you will relax, release and open your heart for a wonderful cause - the American Heart Association, Team Flip & Skip. Homegrown's Patty lost her husband and her daughter's father to heart disease and wants to make sure that this does not happen to others.
Every year they walk to raise money for research and awareness and we would love to open our hearts and help! Thereaputic (Tri) yoga is a slow yoga that hold poses for longer periods of time allowing one to go deep into the body to release tension, promote healing and relaxation, helping those suffering from illness or injury as well as those who want to slow down.

I did not know what to expect in my beginners class but soon found out. I am 52 years old with a couple bumps and bruises but nothing serious. My first two classes were great but very difficult for me to complete. This is a wonderful way to get your ENTIRE body in shape without pounding your joints and lifting a million pounds of weights. The feeling I have after my class reminds me of when I used to run but it is better. I am moving, sleeping and feeling much much improved.
Thank you Melissa and Katie.
