Nice Spa. I've been going to it for about 15 Years. Jeanette is wonderful, and so is Lauren and Noemi. They do a great job and make you feel Special.
I wouldn’t recommend the sclerotherapy for spider veins. It was quite expensive and I didn’t see any improvement. Also, even though I’ve been a client for 15 years, I was still charged for all services when I had to cancel the am of the appointment.

I’m a long-time patron of Persona Med Spa (at least a decade) and I have never once had anything less than an exceptional experience there. Not once. The clinicians and front-desk team are top-notch regarding hospitality, professionalism, knowledge and compassion. Love this place, and adore Kathy! While Persona may be a bit pricier than some other places offering the same types of treatments, it’s 100% worth the slight premium! It’s a negligible cost when it comes to your health and peace of mind.

I have visited this place for multiple different treatments(all body treatments). Everything is thoroughly explained and very well done. No gimmicks. I see results rather soon with having an active lifestyle. I usually get treatments before I go on a trip. They are very accommodating with scheduling times which I greatly appreciate with my schedule that fluctuates. So far this has been the vets place in town for body contouring treatments. Would recommend!

Wonderful experience all around! Spoke to several of the ladies at front desk and they were all so friendly and accommodating --I needed a last minute appt. and was able to scheduled same day. Clinic is very nice and clean too and pricing is very reasonable.
Kathi Jones did my lips and really listened to my specific requests. She was so knowledgeable and clearly very experienced. The outcome was exactly what I wanted. The best in the business Beth Storey is no longer there, so I won't be either! I requested Beth when I made my last appointment, but when I arrived, I was told that Beth was not there due to COVID concerns. Apparently, that was a lie. I ended up with the owner, Kathy, and I was extremely disappointed with the outcome. Aside from her being rude, she changed the injection plan that Beth has been following for my face, and I was very unhappy with the results! I'll spare you all the details of that, but I questioned her at the time, and her reasoning was that you have to change things

While Alison, who I have seen for about a decade, does amazing facials, she's the only good thing about this place now. Like many others, this review is for the service and incompetency, rudeness, and dishonesty of the owner and front desk. On more than one occasion, the desk has booked appointments on the wrong day and then charged when you are a no show. As they put it 'because you didn't cancel within 24 hours.' Well perhaps if you weren't incompetent (or shady, I'm not sure which) and if I was a psychic, I would know to cancel when you book an appointment

The best thing about Persona is their quality of service and staff. I've been visiting there for over 2 years now and I'd consider them experts and better than any alternative place. Dominique is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. She is not a pushy at sales and will be completely honest. Yvonne is a master at CoolSculpting, Beth does my Botox and Noemi is a one of a kind massage therapist!

Will RUIN your face, inject more than you need for $. Filing lawsuit & Better Business Bureau. THEY WRITE FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS. You'll cry, left to deal with damage to your face,they won't fix it & will ignore you. Greedy owner Kathi & rude manager. Disgusted with the worst customer service I've experienced, not ethical when they're wrong, not trained well - a Dr said I was injected in wrong place & too deep causing serious damage. Not worth being treated like dirt:( Beware, or you might be in tears every time you look in the mirror.

I have been going to Persona Day Spa for four years now for various services and have been extremely pleased. The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I never have to wait, and the facilities are gorgeous and relaxing. Their prices are very competitive but they also run several specials year-round for cost savings. Kathi Jones is an expert in her field and truly cares about providing her patients with the best care and the best results.

I see deirdre at persona medical for microdermabrasion and glycolic peel. She is amazing! This is my first time ever having these procedures. My first visit she talked me through the process and prepared me for what the experience would feel like. I always was afraid to have these procedures done because I thought they would be painful and peel my skin. But that is far from the experience. My skin is glowing, healthy and very smooth. Deirdre has been an esthetician for decades and truly knows skin. I ask her many questions above my skin and skin care regimen and she always has the best advice/recommendations

Wonderful staff, peaceful and serene waiting area. Left feeling totally pampered. Aestheticians were amazing, had two different services with two different staff, both excellent. Have gone here for years and will continue to go back. Parking so much easier now that restaurant has moved. Great products too BTW.

This place is already an expensive place to have things done, but when I was late to cancelling my appointment (less than an hour) I was charged $150. Ridiculous and more than my actual appointment would have cost. I would stay away from this place. They want your money more than providing an excellent service.
