Healthy pores shed about one layer of dead skin cells per day inside the pore, but acne-prone pores shed up to five layers of dead skin cells per day.

I really enjoyed my consult for laser hair removal - Stephanie was really understanding of my goals and I appreciated that my skin color wasn't a barrier in the treatment. I have been to other laser places where I was told I was "too dark" to continue treatment past a certain point (though I was still experiencing significant hair growth). My first session went smooth - very little pain experienced at all and it was quick. Highly recommend to all my friends and family.

I highly recommend to anyone looking for clear skin. I joined their acne treatment program coz my skin was breaking out regularly. I had a lot of hyperpigmentation and was desperate to have clear skin! I never had acne as a teen and now I was having adult acne :-(. Tabitha recommended the program. She was very attentive and professional. I bought their products and did everything she told me. She was also a phone call/text away if I had any questions. I have been here years before for a chemical peel and it really improved my skin after just one. Well I came back because due to the COVID lockdown, I wasn't able to get two of my medications after I ran out. With that being said, my skin took a turn for the worse. I broke out so bad on the side of my forehead and chin and it left scaring.
I did their Perfect Peel with Tabatha who was very nice, informative, and professional. The process wasn't long at all. Maybe, 15-20 minutes. On day 3 I started peeling and peeled for about 4 more days. I returned for a follow up visit and compared

I had 2 areas of laser hair removal (6 sessions) and I could not be happier. Deidre was very professional, informative and friendly. She always had an answer or suggestion for questions I asked about laser hair removal or other services offered.
In general the prices are reasonable compared to others. But they stand out with having great staff.

I purchased a 3 laser hair removal session package for my face in Dec 2017 for $315 and had my first session with a technician named Stephanie. I was not happy after this first session, because as the pictures shows, I had small marks all over my chin, cheeks & forehead that remained for over a week. I did not return for sessions 2 & 3.

I love Body Envy and recommend it to my friends and coworkers all the time! Tabatha does my facials and extractions every time and she's so good. Most gentle extractions ever and I walk out of there ready to get on with the rest of my day! (If you've ever had extractions you know what I'm talking about)

Excellent! You have my contact info. I am glad you have posted your threats here so other people will beware. Yelp is for reviews that show when customers get ripped off or when businesses provide a good service. I have never asked for refunds for services that were performed as promised. I damn sure do ask for refunds when a business attempts to take advantage of a customer. Any and all businesses must fulfill their requirements if they expect to keep monies paid in advance.

I appreciate good customer service when I come by it. Natalie at Body envy is a prime example of customer service. I really appreciate how she takes her time giving me advice on my skin, and ensuring I'm satisfied with my laser hair removal results. Their new building is so convenient too. Very clean and the rooms are comfortable for your treatment. Parking is also a new added plus! I'll post a pic of my under arms, this is after my last treatment.

I have mild acne scaring on my face from about a year ago. I decided to try out Body Envy since they had free consultations and were nearby. I had a consultation with Natalie. She was very attentive to my concerns and thorough with explaining treatment options. I decided during my consultation to go ahead and get a chemical peel and they were flexible enough to squeeze me in for treatment immediately. My experience at Body Envy was very nice. The environment is very relaxing and I was always able to get an appointment late in the afternoon after I got off work. They have very good customer service and their staff is always very kind and knowledgeable about all of the different services. *** One big plus...the prices are very reasonable and they usually have a special going on of some sort.***
