Services
All of our injectables are performed by Dr. Desai, a board certified physician who has been highly trained in aesthetic injectables and laser surgery. She is also the one you will see if you choose to do a full, in-depth 45 minute consultation to help you understand your specific aging process, skincare needs, and help you decide on the treatments most suitable for you.
We offer full consultations with our physician or medical esthetician if you are unsure which services or treatment plan is right for you. A complimentary mini consultation is always done prior to any treatment in order to ensure your results are aligned with your expectations. All cosmetic services must be paid in full on the date the service is performed unless otherwise pre-arranged.
Artavi Med Spa is located at 714 Yale Street, Suite 2K, Houston, TX 77007 in the Heights Mercantile shopping center. We are open Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm and some Saturdays by appointment only. We are always expanding our services.

Artavi Med Spa is incredible! I was very nervous to get Botox for the first time but have now gone three times, and love it even more! My second time, the Botox began wearing off in a month and Dr. Desai had me come right in to fix it. She takes such pride in her work. I would recommend Artavi to anyone.

I am so impressed with this clinic and Dr Desai. Dr Desai is EXCELLENT! She is very personable and likable. She spent quality time with me discussing my skin challenges and offering different options for overall best care & management. Even some make up tips I was not aware of. I will be Dr Desai patient for ever. I completely recommend the dr and her clinic to everyone. You’ll be treated well and will receive gentle service. I’ve been to a few medical spas, and my experience with Artavi med spa is by FAR the best. The entire staff are so pleasant and friendly. You really feel like you’re in an environment that doesn’t judge you for what you’re going in to do or want for yourself. I’ve had now both Botox injections and my most recent visit- fillers. I came in for a consultation visit here recently for Kybella. After Dr Desai sat with me and answered ALL my questions we decided to change the treatment plan to fillers. Experience was great; a clean, stylish office with an informative and helpful staff (which I find rare in Houston, in any industry). Rather than take my money now for the fillers I had signed up for, Dr Desai advised me to consider a less costly treatment later for a better effect. Prices aren’t cheap but aren’t outrageous and your injector is an actual physician which is worth it to me. Botox was absolutely painless and bruise-less compared to my last Beauty Doc (pic is after 15 hours). It takes a week to take effect so I’ll have to re-review about the results to give 5 stars. I can't say enough about this place! After doing my own googling, I went in for jaw fillers to slim down my cheeks. This was my first experience with any kind of procedure so I was extra nervous. I went into this medical spa for a Botox Touchup when I was attending a conference. A friend recommended this clinic. I had some asstmetry which was gracefully corrected and evened out. The Doctor has an accurate touch and the Botox took effect right away! Didn't get shorted at all. I saw a prior post from someone who accused this clinic of shorting Botox. Not on my treatment!! How would this person know unless he was a frequent user of Botox and developed a resistance to it? I was happy and highly recommend this MediSpa!!

This was my first experience at Artavi. I went in for Botox and only a week later I couldn't be happier with the results. I had a bit of a trauma from a previous Botox treatment at a different place where I got bruised badly and was really scared this would happen again. Not only did Dr Desai take the time to listen to me, but she also asked questions and explained things to me. She was super gentle and I couldn't even see the injection after.
