Originally from Pennsylvania, Dr. McNamara has considered Houston his home since beginning his residency training at Baylor College of Medicine in 1983.

He will then present the options available to achieve your goals and answer any questions you may have. Many treatments can be performed immediately after the consultation or scheduled at a time that is convenient for you.
The Skin Renewal Center offers an array of excellent skincare products that are available primarily to physicians. Regardless of age or skin type, our skincare products can address most of our patient's concerns. I’ve been going to The Skin Renewal Center now for several years and have been extremely pleased with the results from my procedures with Dr. McNamara. He has decades of experience in aesthetics (and he never ages so that is always another sign for me he knows what he is doing) and he stays on top of all the latest technologies and procedures.
I have loved Botox and other fillers that make me look naturally more youthful and well rested! However, there hasn’t been much to help the fine lines and aging in the sensitive area under my eyes. Dr. McNamara introduced Plasma IQ to me as a solution

I have been going to Skin Renewal Center for over two years. Dr. McNamara is amazing! I suffered from chronic cystic acne in my mid twenties through and into my thirties. This left me with awful scars. I could not find any "real" help anywhere else. The dermatologist was only concerned with the healing of my skin and not the appearance. Like any woman, I wanted to look good. People made awful remarks and assumptions that would make you cry... they made me cry. Now, I get complements on my appearance. Thank you so much Dr. McNamara!

Walter helped me make an appointment for a consult. He was so friendly and it was easy to get a time/date that was convenient.
Dr. Macnamara was awesome. He saw me right away even though I checked in early. He listened to me and took the time to answer my questions. I trust his recommendation.

I have been looking for a place that understands and listens to what I want. The Skin Renewal Center is the place. After a very detailed consult with Dr. McNamara, we came up with a plan to help me achieve my goals. The staff is very friendly and the place is immaculate.
After a few visits my clothes fit wonderfully thanks to Vanquish, my skin looks amazing, my face looks like when I was younger.

Amazing, fantastic, incredible experience from the first phone conversation thru each of my treatments. Dr. Mac and his entire staff are extremely personable and professional. Thank you all so much for making me feel so welcome and comfortable! I can't sing the praises of The Skin Renewal Center loudly enough. 5 stars doesn't cover it. I have been losing weight in anticipation of my upcoming birthday, but my midsection was not cooperating at all. I booked a consultation with Dr. McNamara to review what my options might be. We discussed diet, exercise, non-invasive fat reduction, and minimally-invasive liposuction. I opted for Vanquish ME which eliminates fat without any equipment touching my body. It was truly non-invasive. I was treated once a week. There was no discomfort, no downtime, and after the third treatment, my love handles were gone! I received a total of six treatments and have seen significant improvement in my waist

My experience at the Skin Renewal Center began about 2 years ago. From the very first time to my most recent visit the level of customer care and attention has been consistently excellent. Dr. M is so knowledgeable and compassionate. We share our travel stories each year and it is always a delightful conversation. The rest of the staff are equally as delightful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The ambience in the Center is always very relaxing. The prices are also very affordable. I would rate the Skin Renewal Center 10 stars if available.
